As we all know, the main job of the filling machine is to complete the filling and capping of 5 gallons. However, in the actual use process, there will be a series of manual problems involved. In order to solve the above problems, we specially designed several sets of removable parts, which is more conducive to the fully automated production line of 300 barrels.
1. Auto up-loading device of of 300bph 5 gallon bottled water washing, filling and capping machine
5 gallon bottle can be in order on the conveyor, worker just needs to put bottles on the conveyor casually, if without this, The worker needs to wait nearby the bottle entrance of the filling machine. When there is a bottle holder coming, the worker needs to insert the bottle into the machine immediately.
2. Cap elevator of 300bph 5 gallon bottled water washing, filling and capping machine
When the worker needs to supply the caps to the filling machine, the worker needs to use a ladder, and then put the lid into the cap sorter so that the filling machine can continue to work. If cap elevator is equipped, the worker only needs to observe whether the interior is needed add the cap, and then just pour the cap directly into this part. The cap will be automatically transported to the cap sorting device on the filling machine to ensure the continuous operation of the filling machine.
3. Washing section of 300bph 5 gallon bottled water washing, filling and capping machine
After empty barrel inserted into the barrel inner washing part, during this process, the stations can be designed by the client’s requirement.
Conventional process:
1-2; sections for disinfectant water washing(cycle)
3; section for drop-drying
4-5; sections for recycle water washing(cycle)
6-7; sections for pure water washing(non-cycle)
8; section for drip-drying
4. Filling part of 300bph 5 gallon bottled water washing, filling and capping machine
When the empty bottle move to filling section, the filling head will put into the bottle automatically, and then the filling valve will open auto and start filling. No bottle, No filling.
5. Capping part of 300bph 5 gallon bottled water washing, filling and capping machine
When the filled bottle reaches the capping position, the filling machine will automatically place the cap on the bottle mouth first, and then to complete the last station of capping by continuing to run the chain.
