I'd love to try this. In vid, you weren't sure exact size of the felt. Do you have the size and where can I get the felt and dry lube. Looks like previous tech just dry lubed all over where there are pivot points and didn't just take the time to remove it and lube the insides of the where all the pieces are actually moving. He/she just kinda blanket lube it and prayed it got into somewhere. So I have white stuff all over the back.
I think for piano technicians a “super easy fix” is like, shimming a screw under a cheek block with a scrap of breakfast cereal cardboard. This fix on the other hand is more like replacing a soundboard. Actually a Nascar pit crew could probably replace a soundboard in this amount of time. (Nothing like impact wrenches to bring to mind NASCAR I guess, hahaha.). Seems like a fix you should be doing on every Hailun you sell. Sorry to hear that . . . The passive aggressive stuff from the Chinese always comes through one way or another.
Thanks. Very nice.👍
Can you show me another squeaky sound issue solved? I have squeak Between Capstan and Wippen butt, when I am checking the let off.
Hey!! I’m a fellow Utahn! :D over here in Lindon!

I thought you were about to drill into your foot! Be careful. Thanks for sharing.

Would have been good to be able to hear the squeak first before you fixed it.
Nice thanks . Take care not to inhale teflon powder!
True, this is why I don’t like to use Teflon.
