Innsbruck KOM (Innsbruck UCI, 1 lap).
In these races, the only important thing is how quickly you ascend the KOM. Anything that you do before or after the climb doesn’t count towards your result. Use the time before the KOM to get ready for your climb! Drafting and power ups are disabled, so it's just down to your legs!

I must be getting fitter. I felt stuffed after the kom but then seemed to recover well to have something for the leg snapper and the sprint.

How did you find pacing that? It looked like you did a good job. The power graph at the end looked like it was fairly even. It's a bit undulating, so tricky to get a smooth graph unless you lower the TD a lot.
I just tried to ride and hold about 3.2ish all the way up. Push on the double digit gradients and use the gears when it started to even out a bit.
Good strategy. Apparently you get more bang for your buck with power on steeper bits.
Your ability to work at such a high heart rate is really impressive. Wish I could do that.

@@HuddoThePaceline I've seen it do that to me, and I think, funnily enough, to you once before, too. Check it in a few hours and it should be corrected.
