@@Munandarif It's explained in other comments, but basically this is a song made/owned by Bilibili, and Cover Corp cut ties with China, so this song is probably never going to see the light again as a recording or livestream. I could see Cover attempting to buy ownership but I don't know how likely that would happen successfully.

I find it so sad that we will never get a Original MV from Hololive and that Suisei can never sing that Song again (If she can still sing it please correct me). Thank you for making this MV, if this was not Fanmade i would have thought this was the Original MV for the Song, this would have been the Perfect MV for the Song. I am still glad Suisei saw this Video and retweeted it at least she knows we will never forget this Song and know how beautiful it is. It definitely would have been one of her best Originals, at least for me.

They own the rights to the song.
I'm not sure if Suisei would want to sing this song frequently live (concerts/3D live) anyway. It's a risky song even for Suisei since there are a lot of high notes that are at the top end of her range which require her to hold instead of hit and instantly fade. Can she hit it live frequently? Yea. But if her throat is not 100%, she won't be able to hide the mess ups.
For reference, in Holo Fes, she talked about hesitating to perform Next Color Planet live for multiple reasons and she said difficulty was one of the reasons but she went for it anyway. Pieces is even more difficult and knowing Suisei, she'd refuse to lowering the key to make it easier.
@@kronagan honestly I know Suisei would want it to be perfect, but for me at least, it’d be a blessing to hear it in a live or concert. Ahh it makes me so sad that such a beautiful song with Suisei’s beautiful voice can’t be sung. It really is sad. Maybe someday..
Today she has held her first sololive concert. There, she sang all her original songs from her first album released a month ago (Still Still Stellar). She has achieved so much and improved a lot since her debut.
But we should never forget this song that has been taken away from her.

bilibili owns part of the rights to the song. and the relationship between Hololive and bilibili has not been very good for a few years.

割と最近すいちゃんを知った（と言ってももうすぐ1年になるが）のでこの曲を聞く機会がなかったのだが、非公式のファンサイトで存在を知った。
この動画自体も非公式だが、それを微塵も感じさせぬほどの完成度…ここに感謝を。本当にありがとうございます。
そしてすいちゃんの歌唱力も相まって歌詞が凄く刺さる。最高の1曲だと思う。

This is the first time I've heard Pieces and seen the fanmade PV, and man am I not lying when I did tear up during the song. Suisei's singing is so powerful and full of love it transcends all barriers and the MV is so heart touchingly heartwarming and when you know about what happened between BiliBili and Hololive, it hurts even more.
All I can say right now is this, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping to preserve Suisei history, she's been Vtubing for so long and has done so much that seeing her history is so amazing. Sending love from India!

@@leoadhiwibowo8426 this song is made when Hololive still have business relationship with Bilibili and was sponsored by them. It was also performed live for the first (and last) time on Bilibili. I don't know if you're a new fan or not, but for a good reason, Hololive don't do business with Bilibili anymore, and this song is forever lost in official capacity.

This is actually one of my favorites from Suisei, because her voice is front and center in this song, with only simple arrangements to complement it. Amazing that she can reach this level live.

This is my absolute favorite from Suisei. GHOST is awesome but Pieces really feels like Suisei reaching out for her dream and making it when no one believed in her.

I think(?) It was hachaama first that was reading viewer statistics and read Taiwan and that angered chinese people for shit reasons and Coco helped hachama. No one really to blame besides the shitty cn mindset
@@johnnycab1025 I mean if the Chinese can get heated from one word that because of TH-cam (since all Coco did check her stats the TH-cam provided iirc. Also, TH-cam is illegal in China so like, do with that info as you wish) then it would be better to not do business with them especially as a streamer. So good on Hololive for pulling out semi early (Sad for their CN branch though, Coco, and all the good CN fans who just wanted to enjoy it)

@@johnnycab1025 Good point I kinda did, but in my defense, at least America didn't try to harass the members who did say the n word and if they did, it didn't have a lasting impact like making Hololive lose an entire branch. And, at least America didn't illegally access TH-cam and then get mad for some stats the girls can't control. Also, at least the n word has a bad history and connotation so it's understandable to get a strike, I mean what's wrong with saying Taiwan (a lot according to CN apparently) that it warrants months of harassment and making Hololive lose a branch.
Also, what life chance did Aqua lose, if it's just CN fans (while it sucks for the good fans), she can recover and from that loss.
Lastly, what happened to Suisei (surprised that you spelled her name wrong if "she's yours" ) thanks to this incident? If it's singing this songs then she probably couldn't sing it or upload it to TH-cam anyways since it's owned by bilibili (Chinese TH-cam). If it's not thanks to this, then her throat problems can prevent her from singing it due to the long high notes at the end of her range. If it's about all the spam and negative comments, then every streamer needs to be able to handle it in their career. If they can't then the entertainment business isn't for them.
As for Coco, she probably wanted to help Haachama when she said Taiwan first. Iirc Haachama was alone studying in Australia when this happened so it could have really stressed her out at the time.
