I don't focus on webdev but I do like app-making and I do overall enjoy the creative process. This really is some next level stuff, nothing I love more than seeing art combined with programming, amazing job!
It will be cool if you can add an arch shaped red, cartoon arrow from the youtube into the shopping cart ( like motivating the user to put the course into the shopping cart, but in red) - this can be an arched red arrow in the web or a straight red arrow in the mobile format and might urge the user to add the course to cart.. Will be nice if the arrow has a painted texture to it making the arrow more appealing. Just my thoughts.. :)

One thing I do want to suggest is that maybe you can make the sticky nav, that when someone pulls it goes to different sections of the page, maybe you can make it a little bit smaller for a better user experience, also adding some animated cartoons on those might be a good idea. I think it would be perfect for cards where you explain what projects you are going to include in the course. The initial spinner is really nice, at the "fade-out", I would try to raise the edge below on the left a bit as if you were removing a post-it from your notebook.
UI is looks great, but I think you need to consider about UX too.
