No it's not pronounced rahm-shine, not even close. Ramm is like the Dogge Ram or male goat, it's a short and harsh A And Stein has a hard S and T at the start, like stone (same thing) so a stone / shine mix would come closer

This and Deutschland are both rare Rammstein videos where the music video is much better than the live show.
