As I hear it. The 12.1 has a smoother mid range. But bass is definitely not it's strong suite. The 12.2 because it has more bass, seems like it's scooped a little in the midrange. I would rather the 12.1 with a sub then the 12.2.
@@trashyaudiophile7301 Words matter. It's how we communicate with each other. And blaming it on your phone, and that you're too lazy to fix the mistakes your phone made, is a pretty sorry excuse. I have spellcheck and auto correct too- my eyes and brain!
On the 12.2 the mic on the right is much louder than that on the left, which has been occuring in a lot of your videos lately. The 12.1 is better, but on it the left is louder.
Hard to give a good impression with the balance off. I've auditioned both and owned the 12.2 Obviously, the 12.2 pulls ahead in general and also at higher volumes/larger roomsizes.
Same results as always, with this amp or any other. The 12.2 has an acceptably filled in and acurate midrange response and the 12.1 falls short, sporting a comparatively hollowed-out V-curve response. Nice highs, lows and texture, but less naturaly balanced midrange. And yes, I agree with other coments that the channel balance changes noticably between these two pairs in this comparison..but results remain the same.
LOL at the every commenter who says they hear a difference. None of you could identify which is which in a blind test. If you reply and are butt hurt, you're only proving my point.
Étonnante cette différence de son plus concentré sur la 12.1 et plus large sur la 12.2
E, this recording seem off... mic not centered maybe? One speaker only working?

Did you pass high school English? It's "strong suit" not "strong suite". Also, look up then vs. than. You'd rather HAVE the 12.1 THAN the 12.2!
@@DougMen1 I'm on a cell phone, auto correct. Before you judge people.

Guy, go jump off a cliff. I care not what you think. You know what it meant. So being a dick isn't buying you points.

The mids on the 12.2 do it for me.

Sounds like one speaker isn't working on the 12.1's.
It's the right side that's louder on the 12.2, not the 12.1. The 12.1 is better, but on it the left is louder, but not as bad as the 12.2

You couldn't identify which is which in a blind test. Quit playing already.
@@ec6843 I'm sure you're wrong. I bet I could on my own amp, but whatever.
You prefer what you do for whatever reason and so do I.
