@@endoplasmatischesretikulum4999 No, you should not do it all if it becomes a burden and you end up being unable to maintain consistency. Of course it is up to the individual, but usually the best practice is the one that you are able to maintain consistency with. And this is true for any practice whether it is facial massage, exercise, meditation. Even a little, done consistently long term, is more effective and beneficial than trying to do it all, only for a short time period. Don't forget to take into consideration, that in some cases, overdoing a new practice can sometimes have detrimental results. If you go from no exercise and suddenly going all out, training at the level of an athlete, you're more likely to injure yourself and then being unable to continue with the exercise. Now, I am no facial massage expert, but I am a certified fitness personal trainer, and this would be my advice to you. As always, take it with a grain of salt, think about it, do your own research if something doesn't make sense. And wishing you all the best.
She explained at the begginning that she is trying to relax the muscles not lift them. She explained in other videos that upwards motions lift the muscle.
