    LMAO! I watched this to be informed regarding a tractor purchase, and you did that. However, I was dying at your comments and the added comic relief was fantastic. LOL. Thank you. great job.

      Friend of mine has the 47. I’m regretting not spending the extra coin and getting that model. I like my l3901 don’t get me wrong. But I think eveything that I don’t like about it could be solved with a bit more power. O well atleast it’s paid off and I own it.

    Thank you for the review. I bought a John Deere 1025r super underpowered. I was looking to upgrade to this exact model of Kubota tractor. I was wondering if you or anybody else knows how well the backhoe attachment operates on this tractor. Is it underpowered or just right?

    You forgot the seat switch. If you even think about getting up while moving she shuts down! Other then that great tractors!

    • @BuiltbyBurns
      @BuiltbyBurns  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Only reason I did not mention the seat switch is purely because every equipment manufacturer out there now has it. It’s very annoying.

    Compact tractors are much more than a glorified lawn mower!
    I know quite a few farmers that have compact tractors for doing the smaller jobs around the their farms! The AG tractors they have are just too big sometimes !

    • @BuiltbyBurns
      @BuiltbyBurns  ปีที่แล้ว

      ok ok the b series is the glorified lawn mower version.

      @@BuiltbyBurns yeah, that I agree with ….even sub compact tractors can handle a little more abuse than a regular garden tractor but I get what your saying…

      Great stuff man. Question, does your L3901 make a metal chattering sound under your seat with the PTO engaged? I just bought my L3901 with 155hrs and just wondering if it’s normal before I go cry to the dealership 😂. I had a B3200 so still getting used to this one. Thanks 🤙🏽

    • @BuiltbyBurns
      @BuiltbyBurns  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Eh mine will make that noise when I engage the pto without pushing the clutch in first. Usually happens after a few too many Busch lattes. Other than that it usually just sounds like a old school washin machine on spin cycle. I don’t notice any metal grindin.

    • @markcole6475
      @markcole6475 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ocho27hd my 2501 did slightly but my 3902 does not!
      Seems like I watched a video of the PTO couplers inside the differential wear and can make a clanking noise!
      Can’t remember if it was a kubota or Kioti tractor tho.

  • @TheAcenightcreeper
    @TheAcenightcreeper ปีที่แล้ว

    You have had the machine for 100 hours of use and still havent cut the zip ties off…also, you can buy an 800lb ballast box for the rear tractor…

  • @TheAcenightcreeper
    @TheAcenightcreeper ปีที่แล้ว +1

    You bought an “underpowered” machine…then bitch about the power….you could have bought the lx version, which has the upgrades for comfort…if you cant afford the better version, thats your fault, not the tractors man

    • @BuiltbyBurns
      @BuiltbyBurns  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      This is a review of the l3901. Not a lx model. Your comment is irrelevant. I did not purchase the machine expecting it perform like a L5030. I was asked my thoughts on this particular model I own. Therefore I gave an honest review of it. I don’t care what your thoughts are. Go make your own video bud. Thanks for stopping by.

    Most people seem to love them. Youve definitely got the northern midwest personality 🤣. 15 min of compaining then saying "i highly recommend it" is confusing.

    • @BuiltbyBurns
      @BuiltbyBurns  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Whoa guy. Although I may come off as unhappy with the l3901. Keep in mind I did my research when purchasing this tractor. As far as bang for buck comparison I believe this is a no brainer. This machine preforms great for its price range. I just wanted to highlight the cons in the video over the pros. Obviously I like the tractor as for I still own and operate it. But like anything else it’s much easier to complain about somthing than it is to compliment it. Keep in mind with my reviews on most products that alcoholic beverages have been or are being consumed in during production. 🍻 and I’m not sure how to take the “northern Midwest personality” comment. Do explain🤣

      @BuiltbyBurns dry and satirical. If you're not from there it's obvious to outsiders. Not necessarily a bad thing. I wasn't expecting the robust endorsement after the 10 min of calling it a glorified lawnmower 😬

    • @BuiltbyBurns

      I mean overall it’s a good machine. The question you gotta ask yourself is what the hell are you wanting to do with it? If your lookin for somthing to perform property maintenance like brush cutting, rock driveway maintenance, tilling large garden or maybe a food plot then this machine will do that just fine. But if your lookin for somthing to do everyday farm duty’s or heavy landscape/hardscape tasks i personally would look into a larger model kubota than the l3901. These tractors have their place, they can pretty much perform all duty’s you ask them to do it’s just not going to be proficient in every single task you try with it, but overall it’s a good tractor.

      @@BuiltbyBurns Well said. I'm at a point in life where I can afford a decent piece of equipment for our 40 acres. But I also work for myself doing yard work and property maintenance on high end lake homes. Been tossing around equipment such as mini track steer that would allow for tighter spaces and still have the capabilities of attachments. But then I think about our 30 acres of tilliable ground that we rent out to a farmer. We heat 100% with wood here in Indiana, so having a piece of machinery that could drag tree's out move large amounts of gravel for our 700' driveway. I'm so up in the air with what to buy. But one things for sure, I'm tired of renting equipment. Last 5 years I've spent over 5k in rental fees. I just want my own but something that's multipurpose for any future job's. I'll figure it out one of these day's. Appreciate your video and feedback man.
