âĐ In this video, Iâm sharing how to make Chicken Ginger:
1.Prepare the Chicken:
- Wash and clean the chicken thoroughly.
- Separate the bones from the meat.
- Cut the meat into 2-inch long and Â―-inch thick strips using a sharp knife.
2. Cook the Onions:
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Add finely chopped onions and sautÃĐ until they turn light golden.
3. Add Garlic:
- Add crushed garlic to the onions.
- Lightly fry the garlic with the onions.
4. Cook the Chicken:
- Add the chicken strips to the pan.
- Fry the chicken together with the onions in the oil.
5. Prepare and Add Tomatoes:
- Boil the tomatoes with a little water.
- Strain the tomatoes through a sieve and add the pulp to the chicken.
6. Season and Cook:
- Add salt, red chili powder, and turmeric.
- Cook until the tomato water starts to evaporate.
7. Add Final Ingredients:
- Add ginger, green chilies, and white cumin seeds.
- SautÃĐ until the oil starts to separate and the chicken is well-cooked.
8. Serve:
- Remove from heat and serve the Chicken Ginger .
