I have prepared balloons as a cheer of gifts for a couple of women. I've placed flickering rainbow lights within the balloons and formed bouquets with them to share. As I walked by the balloons, God allowed me to see the rainbow flickering lights. I couldn't tell the color of the surrounding balloon! It didn't matter...the rainbow colors within is what stood out.
