A few years ago someone told me how strong they thought I was. I told them I was tired of being strong and needed a break. Sure enough GOD gave me the "break" I needed. I have never been so broken in my life, but WOW is GOD GOOD because HE stayed with me through the most traumatic times of my life! I still need help, but I now know that GOD has my back and when I get tired HE is my resting place.

I do all the bills - all the shopping- cooking dinner- washing the clothes cleaning the house- paying the bills ect. Find someone to mow my lawns- trim our bushes ect. So how do I find rest? I have no one to help me because everyone is busy. I’m soo tired and I don’t get much time for myself to listen to messages like this- read my Bible- or good Christian books. Or to have quiet time to hear God which I don’t hear much. I constantly ask God to help me- strengthen me & heal me- show me what to do 😢

I have always been a worrier and stressed out maybe because I too was sexually molested by my stepfather at a very young age and developed trust issues. I was always stressed out trying to please everyone around me be it my family, friends or at workplace but I got nowhere. Until the age of 58 this went on and I used to even have palpitations during my stress and worry. But the Lord delivered me from this problem when I completely surrendered all the areas of my life to Jesus trusting Him with everything. Till then i was carrying the burden about my two sons, my daughter in laws, my sisters, why my friends don't appreciate me for what all I do for them, my health and my finances, even about my death. Now there is a marked difference in my life, i dont sit and think or worry or stress why people around me dont notice me or love me or about my death because I know I worship a living God. I have let go of everything and handed it all to the Lord. Yes I do slide back sometimes but I get convicted and ask for forgiveness from God and I feel so much lighter, so full of joy and peace now. Thank you Lord for truly it is worth trusting you with my life.

I have always been a worrier and stressed out maybe because I too was sexually molested by my stepfather at a very young age and developed trust issues. I was always stressed out trying to please everyone around me be it my family, friends or at workplace but I got nowhere. Until the age of 58 this went on and I used to even have palpitations during my stress and worry. But the Lord delivered me from this problem when I completely surrendered all the areas of my life to Jesus trusting Him with everything. Till then i was carrying the burden about my two sons, my daughter in laws, my sisters, why my friends don't appreciate me for what all I do for them, my health and my finances, even about my death. Now there is a marked difference in my life, i dont sit and think or worry or stress why people around me dont notice me or love me or about my death because I know I worship a living God. I have let go of everything and handed it all to the Lord. Yes I do slide back sometimes but I get convicted and ask for forgiveness from God and I feel so much lighter, so full of joy and peace now. Thank you Lord for truly it is worth trusting you with my life.
