You guys are crazy and amusing at the same time! We dont eat Calamansi like Orange because its too sour. It is used to mix it with vinegar and soy sauce for dipping. We also drink like lemonade but we put sugar or honey. You also pringkle it on Pancit too.

The proteins that comes with the silogs (tapa for tapsilog, longganisa for the longsilog are salty by default and that is why it should come with a spiced vinegar dipping sauce condiment so the sour will balance the salty. Thank you for the blog guys really enjoyed your content. Hope your cellphone was already Retrieved. Cheers and take care ❤

most Filipino food is intended to be eaten with rice, that is why the dishes on their own are seasoned strongly. The rice balance or softens the strong flavors.
Tip: if the dish is too salty/sour/sweet/spicy, just add more rice on your spoon to water down the strong flavor.

    • @eduardochavacano

Funny you guys! 😆 next time, a restaurant would give you saucer with lime and/or chili, means there’s a condiments out there.
Normally, Filipino would eat some dishes and dip it - soy sauce with lime, or vinegar.
For the longsilog esp in Buddy’s, we normally dip it in vinegar haha.
Next is “Mang Inasal” but no need to choose the “unli-rice” in the menu haha
There are condiments in the table.
Soy sauce, Vinegar, chicken oil (this js for rice). Then try the their halo-halo. I think it taste better than Jollibee. Haha

#2. Take the MRT to Ayala Stn. Go to Greenbelt, Ayala Ave., Ayala Triangle & it’s surrounding.
#3. Take the MRT to Guadalupe Stn. and take a Grab/taxi to BGC or jeepney and experience the cheap ride. While waiting, you’ll come across street foods.
Explore the whole area! Since you love to walk, go to the American cemetery on your way to McKinley, where Venice Mall is.
    3. If you live close to Quezon Ave. or West Ave., opposite SM North, (a) take a jeepney ride to Manila City Hall. Walk towards Intramuros and explore. From there, cross the bridge to Chinatown.
#4. (b) Same as (a) this time to Luneta Park & explore. Walk towards Roxas Blvd., where the American Embassy is. Beside it, is Dolomite Beach. Farther to the Cultural Center and behind it and beside Sofitel is Seascape where you can have your meal. Close by is Star Amusement Park. Enjoy!

Did you report your phone to the police station that you were able to track that in Greenhills?
Then you can go that place so then the seller can call the one who sold the phone.

Cassava is a kind of root crop, similar to Kamote (sweet potato)

The chili and the kalamansi are for use to make the dippings 😅😅 just put some sauce sauce in the saucer, squeeze the kalamansi and cut the chili in. Some people put that sauce in their rice ..
Filipino cuisine doesn't use alot of spices in cooking but we use alot of dipping sauce while eating...
