Looks like a good fun park. Brings back memories of American Adventure with it being based around a lake plus it has one of its old rides. Lech looks fun! These vlogs are making me want to explore Poland for these parks.
Great vlog! Here some things you might like to know (tried my best english :D) That coaster in 51:33 (Scary toys factory) is closed, because there was an accident back in 2017- brakes failed in cart with 3 people onboard, and they hit empty cart on the station. Luckily, there were no major injuries. Hard to tell if it will ever open again. Dragon Wrestling Tournament is closed as well and I don't know why actually. It's not used as a stand right now or something, it's literally a dead place today. And backstory with Bazyliszek- it's a polish variation of Basilisk legend- it was a monster, that can turn you into stone, when you look at his eyes. That's why there's some stone themed statues inside, and the game ends when Basilisk turn into stone as well- cause you're used mirror on him :)
well done at Legendia located in Silesia, Poland, it was nice to see Charlotte get some air time on the rides, well done on the rollercoaster as well, and you Shawn well done on the upside-down ride. good blog from Poland theme park. keep the good work up both of, big thumbs up.
Another great vlog, love you guys...No smutty talk, no silly voices and no going to the same places and same rides over and over again...Your vlogs have humour and are full of information on the various parks and rides...Good luck in the Theme Park Awards 2021...You already have my vote 👍
4:40 yeah Light Explorer sounds like it would fit a submarine dark ride (Maybe not what Legoland has, maybe what SeaWorld San Diego attempted to do) although it’s fine for a junior boomerang
Hi Shawn and Charlotte, funnily enough, you have mentioned American Adventure. My late father was responsible for the land , when it got reclaimed , when he worked for Derbyshire County council. And then he decided to do the lake , as well . Iam very pleased when the land was taken over , for the American Adventure . All the Best . Simon
The Sooper Looper was the first Coaster i rode that went upside down. Lightwater Valley, August 1988. It made me wonder why i had been so terrified of riding Revolution at the Pleasure Beach
Lech Coaster looks very fast and intense! It's also great to see what was formerly the JCB Twin Looper at American Adventure with some nice themeing and paintwork, much better than the barren grass, gravel, and grey / yellow track with no station building it had back in the UK!
FYI Lech is considered to be the founder of the Polish People There were three brothers Lech. Czech and Rus. They knew that the time has come for they to split up. Rus climbed up the tree and looked East and saw a massive land with River Valley's and plains. So he took his people and went east They became the Russians. The next brother to go up the tree was Czech. He went up and looked south. He saw a land with Mountains and the sun was warmer than here. So his people went south. They became the Czechs. That left the youngest brother Lech. He had no idea what to do. He looked up and saw a white Eagle in a.nest. That explains the nest like structures you saw when you were in the que area. Sorry I took so long. Hope you enjoy. By the way the name of that park means legend
Great to see they looking after the now named devils loop ride i can remember when I started work at the American adventure in 1995 and it was there new coaster called the iron wolf themed to the old Saturday night tv show gladiators I know u referenced it used to be at the park
and great point about Legendia being a family oriented park. If they add more dark rides and family coasters (Like Efteling style park), they could compete nicely with Energylandia.
I remember when the Enterprise at Alton Towers went as vertical as this one. Good to hear the same rattling sound coming from the side rails. Poland is the place to visit, I have enjoyed the recent vlogs from Poland, great work.
Lech coaster is just my sort of ride, what an intense experience. Looks a nice park and with the lake in the middle it reminds me of the long closed American Adventure near Derby. I think Alton Towers put paid to that park!
I LOVE intense rides, aggressive coasters with high Gs and snappy transitions. Nothing has matched Mindbender at West Edmonton Mall yet (not even Olympia) but Lech does seem to be a G machine. It’s surely small enough and affordable for at least 2-3 of the U.K. parks … plus maybe parks in Germany or France, for example. Fingers crossed we get one closer to home!
I'm glad I watched this, because now I know that the two flat rides that were the biggest draw for me to Legendia (along with Lech coaster) are gone (the Huss Booster style Dragon Tournament, and the oldschool Cyclotron type thing). But now I'm not sure I'll get there. An extra day at Energylandia sounds more appealing for the time being. (and I'm aiming to be there in October this year)
Hi shawn and Charlotte really enjoyed the vlog. Wow lech looks amazing such a shame the park is having possibly money problems . Great vlog looking forward to seeing the next vlogs. Love to you both as always Tracey 💕 xxxx
I am way too used to big parks like Disney and Universal, 'cos this one reminds me of a noob Planet Coaster park! That inside inversion on Lech looks wicked though, would love to go on it.
I've never been to Legendia (hoping I may make it this year at some point), but I'm really sad about the removal of some of the flats since you last visited. Especially the Flic Flac (Dragon Wrestling Tournament). There aren't many more of them left these days, and I really liked the way they took what was very much a classic Huss machine with the huge platform and backflash, and turned it into something that looked worthy of a theme park, yet still undoubtedly Huss.
Nice Vlog. Well agree: Lech Coaster is the coaster of grey outs. The one and only coaster where I have more than 4 seconds greyout. But it is intense and great though
I remember having an ERS on Devils loop with the ECC when it was at The American Adventure. Never got to ride it at Lightwater valley. It's looking good for its age.
Hey there Shawn I had a nice change today I had a hair cut from antique today and have a lovely and brilliant day today and me and holly are finally back together bro I love you Shawn and Charlotte at legendia theme park xxxx
Went to Legendia Today, Everything was open after 3pm because it rained in the morning but it was great, so little guests up until the evening because it was the legendia at night day so it was open until midnight, thanks for the vlog, definitely worth a visit!
The footage on the Dark Ride reminds me of Reece’s Cupfusion at Hersheypark, yet that quality of theming doesn’t come close to most regional US parks. Maybe SeaWorld and Dollywood/Silver Dollar City, but not really.
Back in the day at Newcastle University I had a student share in Whitley bay , we got to know the guy and used to do the first ride of the day on the corkscrew at Spanish City , front or back row before taking the metro to Uni . Then we took the indoor shopping mall coaster whilst shopping 😄 I think its now in Devon /Cornwall ? Best hangover cure . I’ll take any Rollercoaster on , but no flat rides , even pirate ships make me feel pukey 🤢
Legendia had about 150 guests when I visited yesterday and Lech coaster was only coaster running. It was great ride but only "major big ride" so ticket cost is a bit questionable.
Shaun could you do a price breakdown how much it is too get in the parks how much your room or wagon should I say was and your flights like you do on some vlogs
I think something like lech would be perfect for a park like flamingo land, Drayton, light water valley, or even fantasy island as a stand out attraction… or it would fit perfectly at AT in the dark forest area of the park.
Looking at the timestamps for your POVs of Lech it looks like it's running roughly 2 seconds faster in the afternoon (top of lift to final break) which is insane!
Ooooh yes! Not sure if Charlotte will love it as it sounds like it is sooo intense. I'll be afraid to ride it too, if I ever get lucky enough to get back to Universal. I would do it but would be freaking out a healthy amount in the queue line!! 😆
Loved seeing you on the old Soopa Loopa that was my childhood coaster and my first coaster think I have sat in most of those seats but the reverse ones are weird to ride in 😂😂😂
I think Charlotte’s problem might be more with positive G’s than intensity in general, considering her reaction after Zadra which many would agree to be more intense than the coasters she seems to not enjoy as much. Coasters like lech and Nemesis are positive G machines 😀
Where are you from then Shawn? I’m in Ilkeston so American Adventure was on my doorstep. I used to work there for the final three years of the parks operation too! I worked in retail and used to run the picsolve photo booth for this, the log flume and the missile! Small world!!
should do a separate video of the food places and Charlotte love of foreign supermarkets they get good views too also loving the Poland vlogs its a place I plan to visit in 2022
How would you compare these parks to Alton Towers? I think Alton Towers needs more rides. There is still the marsh bit need the rapids which looks awful.
I think it's very much safe to say that Legendia are struggling pretty heavily with Energylandia being so close by! It's a beautiful park but I can't see it last forever or much longer, Maybe relocate Lech to Energylandia? Sounds like a plan in my eyes!
Who else thinks Shawn should do a bungee jump? 🙋♂️
Yes
Omg yesss
Guaranteed if he did the bungee first thing he would spot and say is.Ahhh there's lech coaster over there in the distance what a beauty 😃
YEESS
🙋♂️ me
You know you made it when you are on the Thumbnail (front row, next to Shawn) 😂.
It was great to meet you! Thanks for a wonderful front row ride!
@@ThemeParkWorldwide it was great to meet you too, thank you :)
I love the Poland vlogs! Such a nice and scenic country isn’t it?
@@360coasters it really is i agree it certainly looks it
Hope I get to visit in the future
It certainly is!
Never been there but looks beautiful

The big 1 is Steeper than that 1 guys ffs 🤣😂😂🤣
You don't get too wet-
Shawn instantly gets soaked!
What a funny moment in the vlog, Lech Coaster looks amazing, really want to ride it in the future!
It’s an epic ride!

Completely agree!
Thank you very much for your kind words!
Thank Poland for us for allowing you to film on ride. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 awesome.
The double looper that used to be at American adventure was my first upside down coaster. I remember it well.
I was too young and small to go on it when I went.
Legendia is a fun Polish Theme Park! I'm glad the both of you had fun in there!
The music in station for the rapids 14:02 is from Skyrim haha!
The Bannered Mare if you're wondering the exact song title from Skyrim.
Love the lake on the middle of the park
4:40 yeah Light Explorer sounds like it would fit a submarine dark ride (Maybe not what Legoland has, maybe what SeaWorld San Diego attempted to do) although it’s fine for a junior boomerang

When Shawn says a ride is really intense, ITS VERRRRRY INTENSE!! 😳😳
It really is!
All the coasters in Poland have wicked trains Charlotte you know you love that coaster 😂 so well themed aswell love it
I love tuning in to these videos!
Thank you!
Glad you bigged up Lech - I went last summer and it was on par with if not MORE intense than Zadra... it was absolutely insane!! Number 1 for me.
It’s epic!

What a great story xxx
The castle theming of the entrance is similar to gullivers Kingdom in Warrington. Very much like lilliput Village.
Wow, I really want to go on Apollo. It seems like a bigger, more advanced version of Hurricane, which I loved as a child.
Great to see they looking after the now named devils loop ride i can remember when I started work at the American adventure in 1995 and it was there new coaster called the iron wolf themed to the old Saturday night tv show gladiators I know u referenced it used to be at the park

Brilliant vlog again both of you hope you had fun Thanks for the vlog ❤️👍
Lech looks amazing! Rather far away, but what a great ride that looks to be!
Lech looks absolutely epic. 👍👍
@32:30, that's how you trim those sort of coasters, other parks take note! :)
Definitely
I remember when the Enterprise at Alton Towers went as vertical as this one. Good to hear the same rattling sound coming from the side rails. Poland is the place to visit, I have enjoyed the recent vlogs from Poland, great work.
It’s definitely somewhere we recommend!
@@ThemeParkWorldwide I also love the sound of the Enterprise, coming from the motor/engine.
Don't think I've ever had a grey out but only been on rides in the UK

She really is wonderful!
So happy to see you back vlogging!!! I know you've missed it.

Lech looks more intense than any of the even newest coasters including RMC!

Charlotte's hair looks so nice at the end of the video.
Nice Vlog. Well agree: Lech Coaster is the coaster of grey outs. The one and only coaster where I have more than 4 seconds greyout. But it is intense and great though
It’s such a spectacular ride!
Let’s just clear this up, I don’t think you made it clear enough, was Lech coaster INTENSE?!? 🤔😂🤣👍
Very intense!
I’m unsure?

I love all these blogs from Poland I be going there soon so I am happy so I can see

Shawn. Just to let you know, in Polish, the Js are pronounced like a "y". So, Dolina Jagi would be pronounced as (doleena yagee). Hope that helps.
I was gonna count how many times you and Charlotte said intense but lost count 😂
