    I really like this game. The solo version is also really solid! Thanks for this one!

    Fabulous game! At the time, it couldn't be found in Europe so I had it ordered in the US, sent to a friend's house who ships my games in a bundle once a year. So I played it on BGA for a year before playing it for real. Since I have it and bring it to my various clubs, adults or kids, it is a blast every time. So far, at least 3 players have bought it. I recommend it. Thanks for sharing it.

    oh my... I'm the person who has to have the map facing the direction I'm driving LOL! (back in the days of maps!) I'd go nuts with this

    5:45 Hi guys. At the end of the game, isn't there a bonus for whoever got the most 1 point cards?

    • @begibegi8011

      You are right. The player who got the most 1 point cards gets a 3 points bonus at the end.

    To help us with the 9 tile orientation we do as described in step 4 of the set-up. We, "Stack the rest of the deck above the tile grid, leaving space for a discard pile." Very nice job on this episode. This is a nice quick game to play when we're eating dinner and want to get in a quick game at the end of our busy day.

    I’ve played this with all counts and it’s fine, you just don’t bother planning anything until it’s actually your turn because the tiles will have shifted to something completely different by the time you get to act.
    And I’ll play with my cards turned upside down or sideways if necessary to have the right perspective. Just easier for me.
    I also enjoy playing this solo!

    Maybe the direction is different for each player according to the side of the table they are sittung, so nobody has to have cards upside down

      It's not. Rules say the orientation is based on the orientation of the tiles, not the seating of the player.

    Nice simple game, would be good for kids and adults alike.

    This game looks like it's quite a thinker. We may have to pick this one up.

    That is a cute little game, I think I would struggle in a game of more than 2 though because of the orientation. Might have been better to have designed the tiles so they were the same image regardless of where you're sitting. Looks lovely though. Thanks so much guys, fun as always.

    The sound of Nikki shuffling the cards with the visual of Lincoln shuffling the tiles absolutely confused me for a moment.
    Shifting Stones looks like a fun mini game though.

    You could always get a lazy susan and spin it to each player, on their turn...🤣

  • @TheEricBooth

    Seems like fulfilling the cards should be done from your perspective. There is no way I could be on the wrong side of the table.

    • @TheEricBooth
      @TheEricBooth 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@brianwschaaf There is a thread on BGG talking about this. Even with their explanation, I don't see why you just couldn't play that way.

    • @watzimagiga
      @watzimagiga 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@TheEricBooth Yeah I would totally play that way. Just whatever way you are facing, you play that way. Doesn't matter which way as long as you don't change right?

  • @christinehaslam9480
    @christinehaslam9480 ปีที่แล้ว

    If I were to play this, with 2 ppl --- I would probably just change the rules, so that each player is looking at the board, straight on (row furthest from them would be row 1, middle row 2 & the 3rd, closest row, would be 3), no matter what side of the table their sitting on. That way no one would have play upside down... LoL

  • @stocktraderboy

    They are playing wrong. When you shift or flip cards its to get rid of cards and NOT to score points as the instructions point out. You either score or flip or shift
