I have a RCM-1501tc-75 ( purchased jan 2021). I noticed my machine do not have a 2nd hole located at the back of the arm to oil the back of the knife rod. as shown in this video. What to do??
How did you get the needle plate removed? There's not enough space to use a screw driver due to the Needle head being so close to the needle plate. I have an L wrench with a flat head on the end of it but the screen will not budge and instead, the L wrench flat head tool that came with the machine eats at the flat head groove. I do not want to strip it. Any suggestions?
I have a 1201PT. There is another Ricoma video, Lubricating Your Ricoma Embroidery Machine, that says to grease the hook shaft gear, trimmer cam and gear, and take up lever driving cam every 3 months. Where are these parts located and should I lubricate them?

my TC arm does not have the hole in the back to oil. It is actually on the back of the machine itself. This is confusing.
