Sir india can utilise only 20% of the total discharge of indus, jhelum,and chenab and it has exclusive rights to use eastern rivers that are satluj beas and ravi
Sir u said india can use only 20% of indus water but indus water system is the combination of these 5 rivers I think statement should be this that india can use eastern rivers as well as 20% of western rivers i.e chenab indus and Jhelum
Baglihar is in Ramban district.Ramban was carved out of Doda in 2007
