Obviously!!! Tarde winds blow in troposphere!! As we knw wind moment depends on temperature/shift of sun.. If we glance over northern and southern Hemisphere we knw when sun shifts towards northern hemisphere it recieves high temperature (means there would be low pressure) and the southern Hemisphere would hve low temperature (means high pressure would be there) automatically high pressure will follow low pressure zone that is frm southern Hemisphere to northern hemisphere.. So we can say trade winds are strong in northern hemisphere and week in southern Hemisphere.. Similarly when sun shifts to southern Hemisphere it recieves high temperature (means low pressure) and northern hemisphere would face low temperature (means high pressure) and high pressure will follow low pressure.. So trade winds strong in southern Hemisphere and week in Northern hemisphere.. Hope u will understand.. For more clarity you must knw about sun moments, high pressure and low pressure phenomenon..
