We work in organizations or companies and what most of them that succeed have in common is that they have mission statement, visions and values and they make it to their employees to understand and follow them to lead to better results or achievements.....and us as traders if we understand the core why we doing these by having clear missions,visions and value i believe we would be able to follow our rules and systems without difficulties....
Any recommendation for automated journaling? I know sites like kinfo link directly to your broker and have the win/loss amounts but charge a premium to journal (and also don't cover futures for some reason? And maybe not options?)

Ok so how does the pine script tutorial or use/message apply here to this ideology. Let me explain what I mean, i know as a trader or for most beginner traders they probably don’t know about pine script or how to program an A.I to trade for you, so there most likely to do all the trades they take manually for themselves. In that regard I fully understand the importance of consistency and analyzing your trades and mistakes. Even when you learn how to automate your trades I still think that this is a tactic you should still approach with to understand your trades and get better, but wouldn’t you argue that for people who took your pine script course or know how to code, isn’t that already ruling out any inconsistency behavior because there’s virtually no room or margin of error with the A.I robot doing all the work, if they can spot your set up detections and enter the trade for you. So wouldn’t you say Pine script and learning that or if you know that already eliminates your inconsistency as long as you know you have a proving strategy statistically to win with.

depends on your broker, the software must be able to link with your application you use directly to trade
