If i would be deadmau5, and i would see this, i would be stunned that someone took the time and patience to remake my song in such a precision. Very good job.^^
No. I've heard this song like 300 to 400 times. I know exactly what it sounds like. This guy is just truly talented, and for that i applaud him. Bravo my friend. Bravo.
12 people either has no soul or have no appreciation for good work... this was fantastic mate :D i got ableton live 8 for christmas and have been looking around at videos and stuff but this is by far the best remake i have ever heard... and i should know ive followed deadmau5 on tour and seen him perform this song like 20 times and also listened to his album like a thousand times ... its amazing how well this is made
dude i dont even get why the fuck u get out of ur way trying to be edgy fucking read wtf i wrote did i ever say that this remake sucks i just suggested him a piece of music that he should like imo ............ like seriously dude are u fucken 12 y/o kid who saw this quality of remakes for the first time in their life and are fucking so impressed that u decide to become the bitch of the video lol what even..........
dude, are you sure your not actually deadmau5 and your trying to troll us into believing your not? This is an EPIC remake of one of my favourite deadmau5 tracks! Absolutely amazing! :) instant thumbs up!
THIS IS THE EXACT SAME THING HOW DID YOU GET THIS SO PERFFECT!? this is exactly what i was looking for, someone who made it so perfectly that its hard to tell the difference between this and the original
I love it!!!!! It's so smooth and sounds a lot like the original. I just started using ableton live 9 and I know how much work this would be!!!!! Great job!!!
@MBarriosMata In order to automate time, the program integrated with the flux capacitor needed to be traveling at 88 mph (140.8 km/h), and required 1.21 gigawatts of power (1,210,000,000 watts), originally supplied by a plutonium-powered nuclear reactor.
Props to you man. This is insane. Some skilled production. Maybe you should make your own music, though? You probably do but I'm sure it's just as skilled as this.
@DropDead2k just on top of the "drawing notes" section, where you can see bar numbers, there is a little triangle in the right edge and you can drag it left or right
Dude, are you serious right now? You engineered a damn near perfect replica of strobe in a month? You, sir, have a true musical ear. I'd love to hear some of your original stuff.
Because they don't want to take all the time in the world and focus on the look of their product. They obviously are very smart and decide to focus more directly on the quality of the product its self. I mean yes a product might look fancy and amazing but then again just because it looks nice doesn't mean it works great. I think they've done a splendid job on their product.
very nice recreation man! if you're interested I believe the actual synth used was fxpansions "strobe" (big surprise right?) in their "synth squad" package, if you have any interest in trying to go one step further, might wanna try using that. i recreated "not exactly" a while ago, might upload soon. very nice recreation!
This is amazing! I think the beat at 6:48 is supposed to drop like maybe a second and a half later though. It just seemed to be missing a little bit more suspense at that part you know?
Hey man really great job! .. when i opened the file in ableton it couldnt find many of the VSTI's you used etc.. could you give me a quick list so i can listen to this beauty in its entirety ?
@MBarriosMata you automate the tempo in the master channel in arrangement view. You probably know how to make an automation line. So just select Mixer and then Song tempo and you´ll find the automation line. Pretty sure I saw it in the video but I don´t know where. Hope you get it :)
hey man great remake. just wondering, what vst plugins are you using? also, could you upload the project so we could better understand what is going on? Thank you!
If i would be deadmau5, and i would see this, i would be stunned that someone took the time and patience to remake my song in such a precision. Very good job.^^

If you could send the project file my way I would like to look at it and tear it down. Collin.nesbitt@gmail.com thanks
I wouldn't be surpised if Operator was used in the original, since Jeol uses Live for his productions. Nice work!
