How are they holding up? I had my z523s for 10 years and they were plagued by the cable connection issue so i finally decided to "Upgrade" to the z623 and man they are so shit in comparison. Bass is non existent in low to mid volumes and when it is present it just SLAPS you in the face and otherwise sounds like a tin-can from the satellite speakers. Im going to return them and im eyeing these z533 or the z407 but havent decided yet
When the time comes you should look into studio monitors! Seriously the best investment in speakers you can make! Highly recommend the Yamaha HS series :)

They are $50 more normal price today. However, they are still absolutely worth it. I am in love with these speakers coming from 12 year old cheapo speakers. I'm glad I live in a detached home so I can really rock these to thier full extent without neighbor trouble.
I have a 5.1 logitech x-350 (yeah very very old) and they are still kicking. I was thinking in buying a 2.1 edifier setup but guys, logitech deserves a renovation

Just plug in an earphone in the controller while you're not listening and that hiss will go. If there are a dead pair of earphones or headphones cut the 3.5mm jack and this makes things easier for you. No useless cables on the desk.

U can buy a logitech bleutooth connecter for like €30😁 Btw in my bed room i have these speakers got them yesterday and a jbl soundbar 2.1 deep bass so i am kinda blowing up my house😂
When turning on and off the potentiometer there's a short pop and crackle (at the point of contact). I've tried with just speakers (NO PC ON), its definitely a volume knob. Will this damage my speakers, should I be worried? Thanks
Yes you can! You have two separate ports actually, so there's one aux port on the volume dial to plug in a headset and another port to plug in a media device. You could even do both at the same time if you wanted lol
finally I have this speakers and I really hate them! everything sounds like inside a box, there is no definition between instruments and bass and guitars sound inside water, it have a weird echo when you pause musice, im so sad now :,c hate them
How do you figure these are the best? I bought a set last summer and, within 5 months, the woofer started making groaning and farting sounds even when there was no sound being played on the computer! Within another month or so, the bass faded out and I haven't had any since! The groaning continued for a few more weeks and then that stopped except for a very quiet groan every couple months! Otherwise, the woofer is dead!! i just heard from another guy today that had the same problem but his lasted a few weeks longer than mine!! Next time, I'll buy Bose!! Those motherfuckers last!! I've got a set of 501's from the early `70's that someone else was throwing away 10 years ago!! They still work perfect!!
uhm then your speakers are not working correctly, or your audio settings are incorrect. these speakers work perfectly fine, if something isnt working with yours you should get them switched out with ones that does work

Owned for three years and the volume knobs has packed up with normal use. Won't turn on correctly.

Somebody said it's the modified versions the old ones say Logitech, but I don't know what the difference between them is.

Have this speakers but be ware its common issue to have buzzing sound once its off. Have the same problem.
