But sunshine is free. Food´s pretty cheap, even though the cost of being anywhere is huge.. And it will make you happier in the long run to learn to do without things. It is hard not to let your self worth be expressed in economical terms, not to be a bit jealous, but I found making my moment as short as I can helps. Are you physically okay until the next time you breath in? Then let your mind reside in that tiny bubble of time, where you are safe.. Only come out when you have to. Don´t engage with narratives of loss. Like a submarine looking through the periscope to plan out the course, look around in deeper time, plan, then retract the periscope, back to now... The narrative of your life can yield information, but if it results in mourning to do about lost faculties, like money, like luxuries, like health, you still feel you cannot do without.. do it in the bubble, don´t stay out there. There is no need. And always try to have enough to be able to share. Sharing will make you feel rich, even if all you have is a smile.
