Hello there! Your open-ended question is a great way to engage with your audience. If you're looking for suggestions on where to visit in Europe next, it might be helpful to consider the following:
Audience Interaction: Encourage your viewers to share their favorite European destinations or places they'd like to see in your upcoming videos. This can create a sense of community engagement.
Personal Preferences: Share some of your interests or preferences, whether it's historical sites, natural landscapes, vibrant cities, or cultural experiences. This can help tailor suggestions to your tastes.
Themes or Series: If you have a particular theme or series in mind for your videos, you can ask for suggestions related to that theme. For example, if you're into exploring hidden gems, you could ask for recommendations for lesser-known European destinations.
Feel free to share more details about your travel style or any specific interests, and your audience might come up with some fantastic recommendations! Happy travels and filming! 😊🧡

    Hello there! 😊
Hearing "paprika" brings me memories of a lot of things and anong them is a really fun children's show. Don't feel blue, but I won't give you clues on what it is. 😂
I guess this vid will remind me of Hungarian food too hence on. Thanks for introducing me to that. ✨️🧡
All of the items you've tried look tasty. I think those that captured my attention are the ones from the very beginning, the egg dumpling/pasta and pork/bacon dish. The carp/catfish soup also looks so interesting. I do not know many places and dishes that use catfish. It's nice to learn more about how it is prepared and enjoyed in other cuisines.
I feel like having a tea or coffee with all the chocolate snacks and desserts you had. But I am sure that the rose colored drink should not be missed too.
The places you featured all looked pretty. I also appreciate the bits of info and sharing the names of the dishes in text. Nicely done you two. See you next meal. ✨️🫰🏻😊

Making halászlé is not complicated, it just takes a lot of time.
You need at least three types of fish!
The skin remains on the fillet.
Place the sliced onion on the bottom, then the fish head, fins and bone.
It must be boiled slowly until the head falls apart.
Then ground paprika is added and it boils.
The fish fillet goes in after boiling.
After the meat is cooked, salt it and it's done.
There are many variations, this is just one.
I note that the Hungarian catfish (Silurus glanis) is not the same as the African catfish (Pangasius).

Nice to see some foodie eating an actually nice quality "Halászlé", it uses a lot uf spices, but not always hot by itself. It usualy comes with a selection or at least one type of hot paprika, usually green long pointy, or small red, maybe "Erős Pista" as some like it. I see poor quality in many videos. Ofc serving like that was sime extra fancy magic.

What the drink was is szörp. Wich is fruit syrup made from fruit juice and sugar usually made from raspberry but it can be any fruit. Then the syrup is diluted usually a 1:5 or 1:7 ratio with soda (carbonated mineral water). It is must in many homes but restaurants don't serve it so it is quiet an unknown thing to foreigners. You can found a lot of types of sörp in any grocery stores.
In the 1000 years history of hungary nobody ever figured out how to eat a krémes nicely.

Budapest is a city known for its rich history, stunning architecture, and delicious cuisine. Let's explore some local Hungarian dishes and treats.
Goulash (Gulyás): Start your culinary journey with a classic Hungarian dish - Goulash. This hearty soup/stew typically consists of meat (often beef), vegetables, and paprika, creating a flavorful and comforting meal.
Langos: A popular street food in Hungary, Langos is deep-fried flatbread usually topped with sour cream, garlic, and cheese. It's a savory treat that's both delicious and indulgent.
Chimney Cake (Kürtőskalács): For dessert, try Kürtőskalács, a sweet, spiral-shaped pastry. It's made from sweet dough, rolled in sugar and other toppings, then baked until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Fisherman's Soup (Halászlé): Since Budapest is situated along the Danube River, don't miss the opportunity to try Fisherman's Soup. It's a spicy fish soup with a rich broth, often featuring various freshwater fish.
Töltött Káposzta (Stuffed Cabbage): Experience the flavors of traditional Hungarian comfort food with Töltött Káposzta. It consists of cabbage leaves stuffed with a mixture of meat, rice, and spices, then simmered to perfection.
Rakott Krumpli: This is a layered potato casserole with eggs, sausage, and sour cream. It's a hearty and satisfying dish that showcases the influence of different cultures on Hungarian cuisine.
Dobos Torte: Finish your meal with a slice of Dobos Torte, a famous Hungarian layer cake. It consists of sponge cake layers with chocolate buttercream and a crunchy caramel top layer.
Hungarian Wines: Pair your meals with some Hungarian wines, as the country has a rich tradition of winemaking. Tokaj is particularly renowned for its sweet wines.
I hope you enjoy these culinary delights in Budapest!

Bacon fried in this way is called rooster's comb.
We usually don't eat the baked skin.
The medieval Buda castle was completely destroyed in the wars of the Turkish era (it was recaptured in 1668). Hence the uniform baroque style. Later styles were built into this.
"Túró Rudi" exists in several versions, with several manufacturers. The "Piros Pöttyös" is the real thing! You liked it, but some people don't it.
The friend here is the bear cheese. The slogan of the advertisement, my friend, is bear cheese. Don't worry, it's not made from bear milk, it's just that there's a bear on the packaging. The name is Medvesajt.( Medve = bear ,sajt= cheese)
The whipped cream version of Krémes is the French cream. There is even a layer of whipped cream between the two sheets of dough.
I usually eat it by eating the top sheet of pasta first.
The real story of the Dobos torta is different. József Dobos was a businessman, not a confectioner. The name Dobos has become a brand. He distributed the predecessor of this cookie. He made the recipe public, but only after his death. Today's cake is a little different from back then.
There are many versions of halászlé. According to the makers (of course, lol ), only their own is the only good, the original.
It's a traditional Christmas meal anyway.
Paprika cream is the classic Erős Pista ( Strong Stevie). This is raw ground hot pepper mixed with salt. The name of the first cream to be sold was Erős Pista.
It is still on the market today. An even spicier version is Bivaly Pista. Édes Anna ( Sweet Ann) , on the other hand, doesn't bite.
