This is my local I'm here every other day I wish I met Brant lol maybe next time
Man I miss that place. I lived in Beavercreek close to two years up until mid February while I was working near Dayton. My son and I frequented mike’s often. Good times in Ohio
Awesome place it's my local ride there all the time
Killer park great staff
Brant, let’s ride here on my next trip to Ohio. Place looks rad
Are there any big trickable jumps there? It looks like a lot of smaller stuff, which is cool too. I want to bring the right bikes next week
Really like mikes- ride there every week!
the question is did you get to see the secret park on the 3rd floor????
The etch tag at 7:18 is fiiiire
Thanks for the tour, and I love seeing the repurposing of the rust belt leftovers. It sucks since that building probably had 100+ people employed making war machine shit, but it’s got a far better purpose now.
This place looks cool, I'm a local at the wheel mill, and have been to rays mtb a couple times, I'd love to try this place, but it's a 4 and a half hour drive.... that's a little much, but maybe I'll make the drive someday
That place looks awesome. I need to check it out sometime 🤣
Hell yea, I need to pick up a chair down there..wanna go?
I want to work here. Can I get a job here?
the only thing i don't like about the shop is the lack of flatland parts. it seems to be more focused on park bmx.
and something, not on their part, but DK used to be a good brand, but i recently bought a DK aura from a different shop becasue they had it for cheaper (200 dollars cheap) brand new, and it weighs so much compared to my main bike, a Stranger Level. I think it's because DK went cheaper, they used to be made here in Ohio and now i look at the bottom and, what do you know, Made in China.
That's the best thing you can do is let ppl try different tt and cs lengths. Growing up you have no clue end up buying a bike that's good but then meet your friend at bike park try out his bike realize his bike setup is what you really want yet your invested in the wrong frame geometry. I'm an 80s baby. So naturally there wasn't short chainstays. Now that I know what geometry best suits me. I can not make a wrong purchase. Let's be honest after market parts/ frames are not cheap.
You realize framevgeomtry holds you back from learning new tricks and makes it so much easier and fun to ride more.
I'm ready to order a custom frame my signature frame. Bmx community needs more bmx shop owners like you Mike. Struggling learning street with a 14 inch plus reared will differ ppl from rideing when a whole extra inch cs lengths cripples rmyour balance spot, really makes you wrk for it plus strains your back.
sadly they lack Flatland parts
