tip: if you wanna still use the post effects like motionblur or light coronas you can still get an antialiased clear image by using downscaling instead of driver AA which isn't visible because those effects bypass it.

dont upgrade the engine, but you allowed to upgrade the rest, it makes the rubberband not that painful

Every time I see NFS U content, I remember why I hated this game when I was a child. It's bloody awful. The traffic is crooked, the enemies are croocked, rubberbanding is trash, no open world. I did like the tuning, music and the trade-in possibility, but the game engine felt dumb. NFS U2 improved everything and I simply adore it.

@@rlfpotatoking9253 yes, i agree that rubberband AI designed to work against you, traffic that's often placed precisely to screw you over in the worst possible moments and having the engine power scale to the AI's performance making them pathetically easy or become the worst AI ever since mk2 and having physics like a piece of paper being blown by wind is such charming to a game that's outclassed by every nfs after it
@@revenge9599 Look I know the game has its flaws and didn't age that well, i get your point but it makes it more memorable and that's why I love UG1, gave me lot of memories of the frustrating traffic and AI. That's what i'm trying to say its become embedded in the character and legacy of the game

I'm going back to this video because I want to remember and experience how good things were like back when this video was uploaded in 2022, since circumstances in life right now, at least for me, is just disgusting garbage. To me, this video is really good and would be a good example to show how good things were in 2022, and I'm wondering if people will agree with all this.
