I have this shower combo kit. After about 3 months the power sweep that is for cleaning got stuck. So now I can't use it without getting water all over. I wish I knew how to fix it. Do you have any suggestions?
Try to remove the head out of the shower and then place it into warm soapy water. Let it sit for a day. It could be a little stuck valve. If not, if you bought it at Costco, you can return it at any time.
Tip: Do not use channel lock plyers, use a Crescent wrench (they don't have teeth). Another tip: wrap electrical tape around the jaws of the Crescent wrench with electrical tape to further prevent marring when tightening the shower head lock nut. Another tip: do not use plumber's tape on connections that rely on a washer (the washer needs to compress, but the tape seals the threads which also may prevent full tightening).

I installed this shower head and the water pressure was horrible. Took it back to Costco. Thank you for the video!
Sorry to hear that. It does have a water saver feature built into it all new showerheads do.

Those are all awesome tips. Thank you so much.
awesome tips!
On mine the connector is loose causing the shower head to flop and spin. Any suggestions?
Yes, try to tighten it up carefully with a wrench do not over tighten it. Mine does that as well.
DO NOT use pliers directly on the metal of the joint as you tighten... use a paper towel or light cloth, so as to not scratch the finish.
Good advice, thank you
