I tried the quickie glue pen with the universal penholder. And set it on draw. Worked like a charm. Just set the speed lower so the glue has more time to come of the pen. When the glue was dry I just rubbed the foil on with a popsicle stick. ☺️
Yeah all these companies decided to come up with their own version of what was already out there, but I’m glad you made this video. People that don’t have the Quickie Glue pen may really enjoy this system, and now you have given them an affordable option. I love these machines, you can do so many cool things with them 😊
I saw that too. I actually had great results with my Cameo and the Quickie Glue Pen, not enough pressure maybe? It was probably the first time the pen was used too so maybe it will be better next time.
not my preferred way of foiling, but it was my first time using it and black cardstock is porous so it takes more effort to foil. This video was to demonstrate the basic use.

no it's just foil stuck on glue
That seems like a lot of work. I would use the zig two way and just put the foil on myself. Also, I have a WeRQuill system.
