Nothing Strange or Startling by George Shaw, Opening Reception Thurs 9th November 2023

LCGA were delighted to open George Shaw's exhibition Nothing Strange or Startling on Thursday 9th November. The evening began with an in-conversation with Director of the National Gallery of Ireland Caroline Campbell, followed by a drinks reception and an opportunity for visitors to engage with the exhibition across multiple spaces.
This clip also features part of a speech by one of Light Moves Directors Jürgen Simpson, to officially open Screendance at LCGA with Light Moves Festival, in the upstairs galleries on the night.
Nothing Strange or Startling runs at the Gallery until the 22nd of January 2024. Screendance at LCGA runs until the 28th January 2024.
