i attended their first live in Bangalore and Kotono sounded much better, her voice in Delhi was obviously tired after continuous back to back shows. After all this is their first tour especially in a country like India. as for the sound, Kanade sato killed it on the drums, Kazuma on the bass also did a good job. Lisa X was playing through a Kemper Profiler and a Boss ES? footswitch of some sort whereas Hazuki had her pedalboard connected to the Marshall JCMs supplied by the venues. Hazuki was criminally low in the mix even in bangalore but Lisa's guitar tone was excellent. Furthermore they did not bring their own instruments but instead were playing through 2 Indonesian made RG7320EX 7 string guitars, a backup RG550? for Lisa and RG765 for Hazuki probably in a different tuning for Polyphia's ABC. They played really well for the situation that was presented to them and they even signed my guitar so I'm a bit biased 😂. I really want them to do more live shows in better venues in Japan as this was also the first installment of the Oddball music festival in India and i really hope to see them live again one day 🙏

It's extremely tough to perform abroad except in Japan. At this time, KOIAI had no time to make them all original set lists. But all of them struggled with every single difficulty. Great job! I've just seen THE ARISTOCRATS in Osaka and Nagoya recently. They were incredibly phenomenal. In addition, I got some autographs from Marco Minnemann. He is always hilarious! I knew KONNAKOL. It's Indian folk music that has extreme compound odd-time. Extraordinary. Outstanding. As a compatriot of Japan, I'm so proud of KOIAI on the same stage with THE ARISTOCRATS and great Indian musicians. I wish I could be there. Thank you so much for sharing this footage. I'm sure KOIAI gets much better and better step by step.
I'm not sure if it's fair to make her sing Rina's songs....Rina is a hard act to follow. I think they should just do original songs written with the new singer in mind IMHO. Band sounds good though 🤘😎🤙
It's their first concert and she had to sing songs written for another singer with a very different voice range. Things will get much better with more concerts and new songs I'm sure.

奏ちゃんいつもながらの素晴らしい演奏。今回全員初めましての初共演みたいだけど、しかもいきなりインドって笑。日本でリハはどのくらい出来たのか知らないけど、いろんな面で大変だったろうなあ。きっと良い経験になったに違いない。
