Maybe put your tech on top of your clothes bc if you fly they ask to take out all electronics and cords that you have for scanning, it'll be easie than if it is burried under.
Binge watching all your videos today because I’m wanting to minimise even more - by A LOTTT! Could you please do a video on the pros and cons of living like this and how you navigate other peoples opinions / lifestyles and still stick to it 🤍
Oh lovely thank you ☺️ I did a video a few weeks back called the reality of living with only 33 possessions pros & cons. But I will definitely do one covering lifestyle choice and opinions… as I think it is perhaps one of the main preventatives of people decluttering - so yes I will discuss that 😊
I have decluttered a lot over the past two years, the new so called trend is to have more in our spaces, not for me I will never go back. Who new those bags could fit so much and with room left over!! I will be looking into one of those bags for travel as I am working on pairing down clothes and personal items.
Hi, Thank You ☺️…This colour is no longer available direct from Patagonia but here is the link to it on another site - but obviously check it is reputable site etc… www.sportsshoes.com/product/pat1112/patagonia-altvia-pack-28l-backpack/
Your series has inspired me to do the mins game for my personal stuff. I didn't realize quite how much I had. I'm at a point where its getting really hard. I've made it through all the easy obvious stuff. I started project 333 to make getting rid of clothes a bit of an easier process. Before starting, I didn't have a ton of stuff probably slightly less than the average person. Now its getting really difficult. How do you make it past these hard points in the decluttering journey?
That’s Great 😊- I think it just takes time. That is, the time to observe what you truly use versus just like. I found I had many things I had a soft spot for because they were visually appealing - be it clothes or homeware. Then just steadily over time I noticed that I seldom used some of the things and so got a bit ruthless 😂. I allowed myself to only keep visually appealing things that I used alot instead of just sporadically…It’s very liberating when you finally take the leap. 😊
I’m afraid this particular pair of gum soles doesn’t appear to be available anymore but there should be some similar ones on the vivo barefoot site 😊 This is currently the only gum sole (it would appear) www.vivobarefoot.com/uk/primus-trail-knit-fg-womens-aw22
It’s called the Altvia 28l I did another video just on the bag itself a few weeks ago if you would like more details 😊MINIMALIST BAG| BackPack Review| PAKT Dupe Decluttered! EXTREME MINIMALISM One Bagging [Sustainable] th-cam.com/video/poBwPY0-ycQ/w-d-xo.html
It’s in the description the first video that I did. A project 333 is normally only applied to just a minimalist wardrobe. It is where someone attempting a smaller wardrobe would pick 33 clothing items to live with as a 3 month trial to see what they truly use or miss. Then they would do a drastic declutter from their wider wardrobe after the 3 months, based on what they have learned. Often learning that they actually only require around 33 items moving forwards. I however- as I only have around 90 personal possessions across everything I own, have selected to live with these 33 items for 3 months. Not just wardrobe items. But including everything, such as, tech, personal keepsakes, grooming tools etc. I intend to, at the end of this 3 months- to fine tune my 90 personal items down to a much lower amount - based on what knowledge I have gained about my minimalist lifestyle 😊
Yes I counted my tech as the individual items - 📱 phone, laptop 💻, My Sony camera vlog 🎥 kit which comes with a built on tripod & microphone. I said in an earlier video when I started this series that I may reintroduce some other tech items such as my tall tripod, kindle and AirPods. Which at that point I would also count singularly. For a little more explanation this video would probably be better understood if watching from the beginning of the series - which I linked in the description. Then the second video was titled: the reality of living with only 33 items. This is the 3rd video in the series.
@lindabourketempleton4040 I was referring to the fact I would pack my tech items first which were just my laptop 💻 followed by my black camera case… I then later said after referencing the weight of the bag that it would probably weigh about 300g more with my camera actually inside its case. Then saying but obviously I’m using that pointing at the camera. Therefore the case was packed to show the space my camera would take up. But just to clarify when I said tech - I was just referring to my camera and laptop. I then packed my phone last. But all were counted individually 😊
lol it would be silly for her to get rid of those tech products, just like it would be silly for an optometrist to get rid of their ophthalmoscope or that "better-or-worse" thing with all the lenses. Those are tools she needs to meet her needs under capitalism.
@theoldaccountthatiusedtous6767 😂 😂 thank you - yes and I genuinely enjoy making videos - I always thought in minimalism, minimalist values also means keeping what brings us joy or that we have use for. These items are both these things for me 😊 📸 💻 📱 I require them to pursue my interest and creativity of video making 😊
I really happy to watch this video cz its hard to find someone in mylife do minimalism. Almost my friend like overpacking also have alot of stuff but they didnt wear it and didnt need it anymore... 🥲🥲🥲 sometimes i just give advice or honest opinion but they didnt like it if minimalism... but i just said "okay, its okay, its just my opinion or maybe some solution." Heheh
I was really happy to discover there is also a pocket on the bottom of this bag with a built in rain cover 🙌 😊 I didn’t even realise - Bonus 👏 😂
@nghtshade1252 😂 you just don’t think to check the bottom do you? 😂
What Patagonia backpack do u have?
It’s the 28l Altvia 🎒
Thank uuuu 😊

Very good point 😊
I normally don’t check out the random stuff that youtube recommends me but I’m glad I did for this video! Very inspiring.
Thank You ☺️
I'd love you to do a specific skincare hair care video and how you chose the products you did😊
Thank You ☺️ I will add that to my video list for future 😊

love this! I need a jacket, and love yours - what brand is it?
Thank You ☺️ it’s unbranded as in nothing flash 😂 I think I got it from tkmaxx. But it says brave soul on the tag 😊
Could you provide a link for the barefoot shoes? I've been wanting to try a pair like that

I haven't used Wild deodorant but I'm using Fussy Deodorant and its excellent, can recommend.
Thank You ☺️
Great video
Thank You ☺️ Liam
Only works for summer if you dont wash and dry everyday doesnt. Great idea though.
It’s definitely easier in summer but I have 2 changes of clothes - so I can get away with every other day 😊
Quick question--did I miss the wallet? Really enjoying the videos!!
Thank You ☺️ no I don’t have a wallet as the little brown bag I have is lined with a card holder. So really that is my wallet in one 👛 💳 😊
Can you remind me of the shoes you have. Thanks.
They are the vivo barefoot trail shoes 😊

Yes we live in a shared home - these are my personal possessions 😊

Minimalism: except for tech products lol
Yes because I make minimalist videos? As a joy in my life 🤷♀️
