I have problem with this. I caary soo much and my thought process is that it is better to carry more rather than to carry less and not have something inside your bag that you need.

I carry a small wallet, phone, keys, small reuseable bag, case for my glasses/sunglasses, fruit snacks (diabetic) and in the summer, a water bottle.
