Hello Sir, Since there are chances of people getting upgraded in second round, KEA does not want the annexures (bonds) now. As per new allottment in round 2, they have to prepare the bonds in the name of upgraded colleges and submit it to the colleges during admission. This is what my understanding :)

Same fee for all 4 years...COLLEGES charge their own miscellaneous fee according to their standards
