I am convinced. Upgrading now from QS4. Btw, i love the latter but now that my HT is so much more powerful now with dedicated 200w x14 amps (2 Emotiva xpa7)
I ask me: can I use one speaker as a Top Surround aka voice of god in an AURO-3D-setup? I think, this woud much more better for the Dome-Effect than an normal speaker and the ceiling height would be also higher feeling? What do you think? Thanks a lot.
We can certainly add it to our list if it's of interest. Maybe splitting it up into bookshelf and floor stander discussions. Thanks for the great suggestion, and for watching.
Glad you're loving these videos, thanks for watching! Overall, it's easier for a worldwide audience to hear a slower paced speech pattern, as accents vary so widely. Happy you found a way to watch that works for you.
@@AxiomHomeTheaters its perfekt for me from switzerland 🎉 I ask me: can I use one speaker as a Top Surround aka voice of god in an AURO-3D-setup? Marketting nonsense. These aren't quad polar at all, they aren't even bipolar! As they have limited frequency bandwidth and hence power response on certain poles due to using tweeter and or woofer only on said pole.
Color me interested. I do wonder if they would mesh well if they're mounted high as rear surrounds in an Atmos setup.
Yes, definitely - the quadpolar design makes them very forgiving to non-ideal placement.
I have the QS8 and is a phenomenal speaker. It is compact but powerful, I’m thinking upgrading to the QS10 since all my speakers have 6.5 woofers.
Thanks! The majority of customers who have upgraded to the QS10 have been very impressed…that 6.5” woofer certainly helps!
I didn't know you build speakers they look awesome!
Thank you, glad you like the look of these ones. We’ve been building speakers for over 40 years in Canada 😊
Not just these I took a look at the website I love large towers Lfr 660 and the m 100 are a thing of beauty!!
@@glengatt3941 That’s great to hear, thank you for taking the time to say so!
It's the truth

Bigger surround speakers and more amp power can make a huge difference in HT setups. Enjoy!

Polk LSiM 702 fx are beast too
Okay up next can you go over your speaker line up for a two channel set up?
Great suggestion!

I love these videos but they're even better at 1.25 speed since Andrew seems to naturally speak rather slowly.

I have the QS-2 ,,,
How would do these fare for the height channels?
For height channels I prefer something directional, like our on-wall models. Thanks for watching.
