Bill is a talker in like every interview ive seen of him as soon as he gets going he'll talk and talk for hours
It's a good thing he's got cool stuff to talk about!
This is great! Love Bill!
Thank you so much. I'm glad you enjoyed it!! Thanks for sharing your thoughts! 🙌
Great interview 👌
😊 Thanks! Total legend, isn't he?!
This is great
Yes! I'm glad you liked it, Joe!
Bill is right, there's so much disagreement in what is a good diet. After years of research and personal experience, I've learned one thing that cannot be argued against: Sugar is the worst thing you can possibly eat. All processed foods on the market has WAY TOO MUCH SUGAR. Avoid anything with over 5g of sugar, including fruits. If you avoid sugar religiously every single one of your biomarkers will improve. All of them. Watching carbs is also important, because it is essentially a slower burning sugar. However, sugar content is without a doubt the most effective change you can make to your diet.
HELL. YES. Mic drop with everything you just said. I dig your perspective, 100%!
I wonder if he ever gets his hormones checked
Hopefully as part of routine check ups!
