- Umm I made my own DIY MACRAME BASKET HANGER ! Like what the heck!
i saw this double tiered macrame basket hanger at the store and was crazy enough to think that I can make it myself. And guess what?! I made that diy macrame basket hanger all by myself! YEE
Jimmy and I were walking around the store and found these really cute double and triple tiered macrame baskets and that it was so adorable. I was thinking in my head that I had all the materials that I needed to make one myself so why not try it out. I knew how to do the basics of macrame like double half hitch knots, square knots, half square knots... etc. So I took the challenge and attempted to make it and BOOM! We have a diy macrame basket or a macrame fruit basket, or a double tiered plant hanger!

What do you think? What is the length of you finished hanger? Can you please list your supplies and lengths and thickness of cord you used for your double hanger? What size are the rings?
I used a 8 and 6 inch ring for each basket.

@@heyitsjennyd you put 6 inch and 10inch at beginning, yet you stated in a reply you used 6inch and 8inch?? Also which size was used 1st??
@@SMarshall113 sorry for the confusion!! If I am looking back I did use a 8'' and 6'' ring. I bought the packs off of amazon and see that I used the middle and the smallest ring in the pack. But its up to you how wide you want the basket to be. Hope that helps
