Thanks! I just finished mine and it looks great! I'm thinking about lining it with fabric so I can hang it by the door and put my keys in it without snagging the cord.
i finished making it yesterday for my mum. so fun to make and its relatively easy. 100% going to make it again.
i had some difficulty near the end of making the first basket because i found the rope(s) got too short so when i made the second basket i added about an inch more rope than it said and this helped a lot. (i was also using a different type of rope so that would pay a big part in it.)

Hi! This may sound like a dumb question, but is it possible to transfer the planter off the stick to macrame cord after you are done with the first basket? I'm asking because I wanted to create a teardrop shaped hanger for my orchid. Your tutorial was the only one that looked close to what I had in mind without having to crochet one.

You’re measurements are to short.
I checked that I cut each cord correct length that you stated in beginning. Mine came out with not enough cord at the ends.
It’s a bummer :/ cause was really looking forward, seeing how much time I put into making this
