I agree with c chung wipes, a headlamp, snacks, a knife and shears to process in the field, and ziplock bags to put the meat into. If taking the bird out whole a turkey tote to make it easier carrying it out. I also take gloves and a facemask damn birds have such good eyesight.

I’ve stepped in a puddle in the dark after eating a chorizo breakfast burrito. One of my boots had developed a tear and the air in my blind was getting a little spicy. So headlamp, socks and wipes are essentials based on my experience. Also maybe a knife, snack and bug spray.

Mike did you have any luck with finding any birds? I have been gone on tour and went one day didn’t sea any wondering if you possibly have a any places I should try only home for a few days before I leave back on the road any help is greatly appreciated

Hey Chad. I unfortunately haven’t been able to make it out. I literally had to buy a new bow a few days after making this video and life has been busy. Sorry brother
