Ah, yes, it's so tough. But imagine: a drive home that's ten minutes in July, now takes an hour and a half, due to ice and snow squalls...then you get home, fire up the wood stove, invite some friends over, and have a few glasses of whatever, and sing songs until well after it's time to go home.
Cold sucks when you're alone, but it can be a great way to engage people without electronics or "influencers"...!
