I love tres leches cake! I made a variation of this recipe (topping). I didn’t make the condensed milk or have any so I omitted it. I only used 1 tbsp. heavy cream. It was still absolutely delicious. My fav mug cake recipe by far!!!

Oh my gosh you are amazing!!! Everything that I normally have during the holiday you have covered as a Keto version: tamales of pork and cheese, pozole, and now this mug cake!!! I don't feel deprived or like I missing my holiday favorites. The "liquid gold" is what I will use to make Arroz con Leche. It was too funny because when I thought of Arroz con Leche, your daughter mentioned it, so it gave me confirmation. Do you have a video of making arroz con leche? So beautiful the moments you have with your daughter in the kitchen. I always enjoy cooking with my daughter as well.

There should be more possibilities than just “like”. This is head over heels where has it been all my life love at first taste. I did add some walnuts between the cream drenched cake (also bit of Irish cream) and the whipped cream top. Like Baba au rhum on steroids.
