What really sells me is the glowing logo. I saw one at night. That's the only reason I want one. Every car needs that. I just really really like it. I haven't seen the Escalade. But if I really had to choose one it would be this. I wouldn't touch a GM with a 100 ft pole. Some may look good. But I dont trust that reliability. Ford can be bad but they do have some good ones. I would love to have a Pontiac Solstice only cause of the transformers movie.
I'd say that cadilac killed itself. I can't think of a single cadilac model that isn't sub par to other luxury brands. None of their product worth buying right now.

My concern for these vehicles are there are a lot of articles of people buying these cars and before they made it home they experienced mechanical/electrical issues. Some were so bad Lincoln flat out replaced the vehicle itself. That;s the only thing that'll scare me away from this

At the end of 2022, there are a lot of customers dissatisfied of the Navigator 2018 (please see Edmunds), especially electrical problems in mirrors, infotainment, noise and such other issues as sudden stop for the vehicle when moving, can you update us on some of those issues please and whether they were addressed in any recalls? since I'm thinking of buying a used Navigator soon or GLS 450 same Year 2018
I hope that aluminum doesn’t corrodes over time and that in a front crash collision it can mantain very well the survival space inside because in 2015 when Ford introduced the first F-150 with the aluminum body, that crash test was very poor. In 2016 forward they changed the material again and the results were better.
Micah Rashada well this was built and developed with the Escalade as the benchmark. It’s supposed to be better, the Escalade was 4 years old when this was released.

The redesigned Escalade’s build quality has nothing to do with the size of the screen, that cabin will most likely be light years ahead of this Lincoln’s in integration, fit, and finish. The current Escalade is already better put together than this so it probably won’t be a shock to anyone except maybe you? Lol. 🤷🏾♂️
Man I never been a fan of Lincoln felt like it was too expensive and for that price you could’ve gotten much better elsewhere but with this and the aviator now it justifies the price a little more and I hope to be able to get an aviator for me and my family in the ne’er future.

Lincoln has made Cadillac work for it. After seeing the new Yukon Denali I have no doubt the Escalade is about to destroy the ‘Gator. I would chose the new Denali over this, and I believe the ‘Gator is the direct competition the Denali as of now. The Escalade is still the standard.

All I can say is that Cadillac is literally 15 spots below Lincoln in reliability test for 2020 by CR reports from actually customers. So some will argue however those people haven't owned one.
I just looked and some dealers are selling this car for less than $80k brand new. There are some massive discounts on them right now. I wouldn’t buy it used.
I love the interior design. Lincoln hit a home run with this one on the inside. But man, the push button shifter? I'm not digging that. Also, I would prefer a more traditional instrument panel. 30 way adjustable seats? Seriously? Haha. Okay. Otherwise, it's a beaut. Except for those wheels. I'm not feeling those. Zonk.

I'm only disappointed by the 3rd row seat. As your head touches the roof when you recline the seats. Cadillac is better in space but features wise... This is the best SUV.

I know its the one I am saving up for. Other than gimmicky tech and oleds that will burn out, I don't see how Cadillac can top the Denali in terms of genuine luxury, the Denali is gonna have pretty much everything
Nice review. Just an FYI, Twinkies, Hostess, and Chik Filet are not the kind of food navigator drivers would buy. There are special kind of rich people who would spend time eating a 5 course meal with wine pairings prepared by Michelin chefs and they wouldn't mind blowing $700 on dinner for a family of 6. I've been around such people before. Honestly, not my type of guys.

You can get cooled rear seats in the Lincoln Navigator. The Black Label you reviewed in December had that option in it.

navigator is better beacause escalade is 7 years old why the navigator is only 3 so the navigator will be up to date and newer

Just an FYI, Twinkies, Hostess, and Chik Filet are not the kind of food navigator drivers would buy. There are special kind of rich people who would spend time eating a 5 course meal with wine pairings prepared by Michelin chefs and they wouldn't mind blowing $700 on dinner for a family of 6. I've been around such people before. Honestly, not my type of guys.
