@@dude6658 a year later, is still true. Saw them at Snocore 2000 Hard to believe but when I posted that comment, it was only 8 years after That comment is old enough to drive now……… Wow….
Please can you tell me what is on the album version? I can't make out the words during singing the Balinese chanting part "chak-chaka". English is not my native language. I thought I could make out the words by articulation on live video. But this part is not here, those words are not sung. It seems to me that I hear there three or four words that are repeated eight times in studio version
@Black Betty He's saying "May your sun be blown out just like a candle/ May your sea burn like tar" which was sung before the "Chak-chakka" part on the studio track. I have no idea what he's singing underneath the chanting, as I don't think there are any lyrics transcribed for that part.
this song brings me on this crazy journey i cant really describe .. its better than a trip . ive never even done a drug and i know that for a fact anyways cuz its that good
I love them both but no way that Bungle is better than Faith No More. I have to be in the mood for Mr.Bungle but I could listen to Faith No More every day of my life.
@@spacegrass2738 That's simply personal opinion, and your reason makes sense. But in terms of technical ability and unique songwriting, I haven't heard a Faith No More song that as good.
true I see where you're coming from. :( I missed his suprise lovage show in PA thanks for the tears I'll be shedding lol Too bad he said he'll never do Bungle again I think because of Trey Spruance, think that's his name
DethPopVideos The Balinese chanting part was too complicated to perform live so they just changed it around. Tbh I would've been fine with this version on the album
So, I didn't know who MGMT even was before I read the comment left by the ignoramus below. Thinking this person was on to a sound similar to Mr. bungle I looked them up.... sadly they are more electro-pop, and not even close to anything Mr. bungle has done. MGMT and Mike Patton both put their pants on one leg at a time, but when Patton does it he makes gold not gold records so much ,as, just solid gold
@Primus2782 i believe exactly the same thing there just a bunch of acid droppers that create above par music but now that they are mainstream theyve fallen off mr.bungle will never get those regards but mike patton is too good for them anyways xD
@poonaniZAS hahaha, you're one of those people in traffic going slower than the speed limit, and speeding up when I try to pass you, aren't you? Just one of those people you dont need to know to know you don't like.
They did the "Chak chaka chaka" part when I saw them a month after this show was recorded. And they did it well.
Really? That is so cool if true
That part is my favorite.
I wish Mike did Kechak more.
Chak!

Crazy thing is mike is completely sober.
Crazy thing is people dumb like you think "this music = definetly gotta be on drugs😵🤯😮😮😮"
Fuck guys that blew my mind.
they skipped the crazy indian part thats my favorite part of the song.
Noises Rule.
omg ...
I looooove Pattons hair here :) Too bad it doesnt seem to have so much movement now a days
His hair 13 years ago is a dream compared to the shitty pigtails he has nowadays.

How is this camera that captured this video still better than the video on the camera on my phone?
I remember when the tape of this emerged on the trading scene it was pretty legendary for how good the quality was :)
Don't believe so, Fantomas is that part done....all the time. He does mix it up alot live.
RHCP ain't got shit on Mr Bungle.
Looking for an exclusive baseline.
Nope, now I must endure this well ensemble of audio assault.
@arstyfairie08 And the sound is pretty good!
