Yah it's pretty telling that he ducked Ralph for months and is just now doing the interview. Ralph has said a lot of horrible things about rekieta over the years, and was even mocking him on the day of his arrest. They never really made up, Nick just needs any ally he can get right now and Ralph will give him a somewhat friendly interview just to spite Josh and kino casino. Even fully zonked out rekieta before the arrest wouldn't give Ralph an interview

That's what the police department said would cost 3 grand. Multiple others also contacted the department and got the same cost estimate. Josh isn't in charge of how much money the department asks for.
