I have a CJV30-160 and my problem is that when I do multiple print and cuts (more than 32" on the roll), the cut always goes off center somewhere on the job. I've tried readjusting the vinyl and changing the pressure of the rollers on the cutting but it still goes off. I'm currently trying to figure out how to register 400 pieces of 4" x 4" decal with registration marks but it places reg marks on EACH decal! I'm using Coreldraw Suite. Any suggestions and/or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

If you want accurate cuts reg marks are a must, if you let the software do it then it will put marks on each image. What I do is nest them in Corel first let say 6 or 8 copies and put the reg marks from the Corel screen before outputting to Rasterlink, then output to RL and you will have reg marks around all the copies instead of just one. If you do too many copies it may skew a little you have to find the magic number.

Thanks for this video, it´s really helpful. But I have another problem. I just bought the CJV 30-100 and it´s no problem to do print jobs. I´m using Coral X7 , which does work with Finecut 9. Now, when I send a print&Cut job to rasterlink as you do in the video, it does NOT automatically pop up in rasterlink as a p&c job. It actually doesn´t po up at all. All I can do is to manually load the saved file into rasterlink, and it will be loaded, but only as a printjob. Where is the problem that it doesn´t automatically opens the p&c job in rasterlink, as it does in your video? I`m going nuts about it, can´t find any help... Thanks in advance, Daniel
