Love seeing these things in action. I am the Product Specialist for North America for Caterpillar on 36 ton to 100 ton excavators and they are doing very well over here too! Great video and I look forward to seeing more!!!!!!!!!!!
Catarpillar. I'm operating a 390F and loading 4 Cat 775Gs and 2 Volvo A45 under me. The 395 looks to be the same size as far as bucket size and all.. Good work and keep it up my friend!
Hope you can understand my English mate. Firstly your video camera quality is simply the best out there! Brilliant quality and second very good camera work and also it's nice to see other parts of the process and quarry. Keep this up and you will have many more subscribers very quickly. Best of luck from England. I have subscribed.
Sure, I speak English very well. Thank you for compliment Jack. I always try to do my best for the audience. Filming since 1987 I'm like a dinosaur in this metier 😄 Thx for the sub and all the best for you!
Awesome footage awesome, like seie.eing blasted limestone or basalt rock being loaded and handled by the excavator How many tons per truck load?. Keep up the good work
That limestone overburden was ripped and not blasted. The new CAT 395 can get it out without blasting because of it's mighty power. Must be 35-40 t per load.
Good videos in your channel. But if you can add more description on the titles instead of machineries names only. You can include the mine name....so that some of us can easily search the videos. Otherwise it a good video perfect camera well done.
Even better this video, than the one I saw earlier today, Benjamin!👌 I liked to see longer scenes of the loading, it made me more aware of the capabilities of the 395!!😍 Do you know the size of the bucket? Is it a 5,7 cubic meters bucket?🧐🤓 The nerd has awakened you see...🤪😂 I know that our supplier here in Norway sets up the ME configuration with a 6,5 cubic meters bucket for the market here, the same size as I have on my 390 F L with ME boom and stick!😋 This just makes me wonder heavily, what I could be able to perform with a 395 compared to my 390!😅 The 395 seems so muck quicker than mine!🤭😄 Just wonder.. Do you know why they use ADT’s in their transport, and not 772’s or similar? If there’s a need for ADT’s, they would surely raise their production with a Doosan DA 45 as the prototype we are testing when it’s up for commercial production!😋 Super video as always Ben, you keep inspiring me!! Keep it up!!👌🤙👏👏
Thank you! 🙃 Well Bernhard, I don't know the bucket's cap. I prefer the ME versions as optical highlights on construction sites, like all the mass of 375 LME in France and Germany I filmed in the very past. That quarry has two 772G and a 988K XE to get the good stuff in. Here, for the overburden, they use a former French 390D LME and those dumpers. Dumpers because of the topsoil on the one hand and on the other hand you must have perfect roads for off-highway dump trucks. A DA 45 would be great here or just a Volvo A60! Did you watch Euro 2020? Are you for your neighbors Sweden?
@@BeytekinConstructionMachinery hehe, I prefer the ME setup as well when it comes to my own operations, but I can understand why someone chooses longer reach for a machine meant for various operations!😉 So this 395 replaced the 390 D? Just wondered about the size, since I fill those 40 ton ADT’s in 4 passes with my 6,5 cubic bucket, and the 395 went for 5 passes!😄 Understandable with longer boom and stick though! Seems like that quarry has a great setup of machines!👌 Hehe, I think I have spent thousands of hours watching the projects you have covered in both France and Germany!😅 Just love to watch other ways of doing things, studying methods and techniques of other operators!😋 I dream about cutting down a road path as I have seen both, 375’s, 385’s, 390’s and a bunch of Liebherr’s have done in your videos!🤩 That’s something I will never do here, since the ground conditions is completely different here..😅 But I have learned a lot from the operators that you have filmed, so a twist of their techniques have become a part of my way of working!🙏 Hehe, I guess that a Volvo A 60 would be great as well, but the regular design of the rock bed is slower to load on a regular ADT, no matter the size! When I load 772’s or the new DA 45 prototype, I can just open the bucket over them without having to adjust my stick! I work more fuel efficient with less movements in my cycles, as well as I load faster! All large excavators has to pull the stick inwards when opening the bucket over a regular ADT, this slows the operation down for everyone! That’s a fact for this 395 vs 745’s, 950 vs A 60’s and for my 390 vs DA 40/45’s with regular design!😅 That’s why I love the idea of the new prototype from Doosan as well as Bell’s B 45e and B60e! A truck with most of the abilities of a ADT, with rock beds that I can load as a regular rock truck! Smooth and efficient!😋 Hehe, euro 2020? What is that?🤭😅 Guess I haven’t seen it, since I don’t even know what it is..😂
@@norwegianearthmovers actually excavators like Sany , Liugong, xcmg, lishide, sdlg, zoomlion, komatsu, doosan, Hyundai, Volvo etc are best excavator . While excavator like jcb is like junk one
@@pranavnair2787 hehe, i dont know half of the brands you mentioned, but I suppose that you are right in some way or another!😅 However, what is crucial when purchasing a main production machine, is that you’re backed up by the dealership with service, maintenance and repairs!😋 When a machine breaks down, it is not the repair cost that’s most expensive, but the down time on the machine stops so many else around and starts to drain the bottom line of the company’s economy!🤭 A lot of the brands you mentioned, don’t have any established dealerships here, so those brands is just to forget! What’s sold here in Norway, are mostly Cat, Volvo, Hitachi and Komatsu, and in that order when it comes to sales numbers. Cat and Volvo have a large service team spread out the country, the other two have slightly smaller crews to back up customers.😄 The company I work for, are now mainly use Cat machines, except for our ADT’s from Doosan and our compactors from Hamm!😋 The service deals have been awesome, with mechanics who shows up every hour of the day, and scheduled maintenance that’s done on sundays and holidays that we don’t work anyway! 👌 Everything breaks down eventually, and then it’s critical to fix the machine fast to get the wheels going again!!
