I have been listening to Keep Holding On on repeat the last few days…something in it just hits me
He can rap better than most rappers out there
I’ll be honest. I heard FIR when my 14 yr old daughter played Good Girls Bad Guys in the car, and I honestly thought, cute, catchy, reminds me of my old 80’s stuff. Then I heard the reimagined/revamped. Then…hit the Rabbit Hole. The emotion in his music just grabs you by the throat. I approach each new to me song with a certain amount of trepidation, because I’m thinking, is this it, is this the song that loses that magic for me. It hasn’t happened yet. It’s crazy. Every song I listen to it either speaks to pain, anger or just makes me laugh, but it makes me FEEL something. For a person who hasn’t felt anything real in decades (yeah I know that’s a really sh%# thing to say) it’s insane.
I keep obsessively watching these reaction videos because I think it can’t be just me, and it’s gratifying to see so many others have the same reaction.

You're my new best friend. The first time I heard Popular Monster (on the radio not long after it came out) I was completely stunned, ran home and looked up everything I could find on Falling In Reverse. That's when I remembered MY daughter, probably around 2014-2015 trying to tell me about this Ronnie Radke guy and I brushed her off because I didn't have time for music at that point in my life (3 young kids) and she was like 13 or 14 so what does she know about music, right? 😂
I had to apologize to her and look at her smug face, lol.
And I've said the same thing! I don't even listen to any other music anymore because I can't FEEL it. And as I first worked my way back through their discography I was almost scared to listen to the older stuff for the same reason you mentioned----I thought maybe I wouldn't like it and it would somehow *taint* the stuff I loved. I have one playlist----all FIR---from the first album to the last single and barring (literally) one or two that I'll skip, I love it all.

@@nobodyimportant1337 My middle daughter loves them too so we rock out together. My oldest is an adult now and is always off doing her own thing. And the youngest just isn't into music at all for some reason so she just ignores us. 😂

People like redemption stories. I don't celebrate his past or what he did or who he hurt or whatever, but I have mad respect for people that admit that they did some fucked up shit and are actually trying, in their heart, to be a better person. Ronnie, 100% seems genuine that he's trying and his actions and words of the last few years have definitely proved that. He sees the real world and isn't afraid to speak his mind even against his own fans and because of that his real fans, the ones that see him for the once broken now mended human being he is, become even bigger fans of his. I know I have! I've been listening to Ronnie for like 15 years now and it's only recently within the last few years where I actually feel a closer connection to what's now one of my fav bands of all time. Before then, they were just another band I listened to. Now they're a band I actively follow. There's a difference.
I love the mix tape, so I'm glad you reacted to this. Now I can't wait to see you guys react to Champion, Alone, and a more emotional one is Brother. Have a great day guys

Gotta be honest, I haven't heard this song for about 3 years. The last time I heard this song I was in a dark spot (failing marriage, s***ty job, just bad overall) and this is the first time I have heard it since I got out of that situation and have been blessed enough to improve my life. I really needed to hear this today and if not for finding your page it would still be forgotten. Thanks for this one!

Never heard this mixtape and never realised Ronnie did these. This was quite cool, very different to his usual stuff and not my usual taste, but I enjoyed that. Your reactions was very similar to mine. I was quite surprised with so much of this.

If your after more stuff from the mix tape one called blacklist Is my favourite but also there is one called who can stop us now where Ronnie double times and it's really incredible. Puts majority of rappers to shame with it. Even if you don't react to it at least check it out

I think this might be a TH-cam reaction channel first. Checking out local bands. With that being said, there's a story behind this band and it's explained in the video. Unfortunately there is. Sometimes from the label, sometimes from TH-cam. Usually you can dispute it and they'll take it back, but this can take weeks or even month. And of course your could try to get Ronnie to help, but he doesn't always read all the messages.
I've seen a live stream with a reaction to Tom MacDonalds new album. Tom was in the chat and contacted TH-cam immediately when it got blocked. But still TH-cam blocked the stream several more times. It's crazy!

He did, when he is aware of it and has the time. But TH-cam or the contribution companies seem to do it anyways as long as no one complains for every single case. I've heard of artists who used their own songs as background for a Livestream and got blocked. It's ridiculous.
