I have watched SO many of your videos without ever commenting, mainly because I don't really cook too well & don't know what to say. Your videos so intrigue I just have to keep watching them. The food that you prepare is 'mouth watering' to look at & fantastic to watch you in the preparation. The children that you seem to take a huge interest in are also great to watch & their appreciation of what you do for them is so great to see. It makes me wonder if their is an orphanage in the village near you? Your bush skills are amazing to watch & your love of your animals also impresses me. I am 81 years old & a disabled, retired former Senior Master of Art (teaching) in South Australia. I was retired at the 'ripe old age' of 47 & watch many woodworking videos to take my mind off my constant pain. Yours are the only food videos to capture my imagination.
