Hands down, the homemade water wheel powered rotisserie is the coolest cooking gadget I've ever seen on You Tube. There is a single woman in Ukraine living in the mountains who also posts videos like this same style of presentation and she is worth watching also. i love the eager anticipation on the boys' faces and also their humble shy acceptance of the wonderful meal as they walk away in gratitude... it shows how rich in soul they are, as they have patience and give gratitude to the one making them their meal. And the preparer / gver is also very rich in his inner soul and spirit. That is so wonderful. oh... if that kind of wonderful attitude and behavior could exist in children of the western world!!
