I think you are not blowing up because of the naming of your videos. You should do it like Ashville. Great content. You should be more popular. I have a similar size business over the pond, but don't have the time or energy to put myself out there like you do. Props.
Thanks Jeffrey. We grow every month, Asheville has done very well, very quickly. We haven’t collaborated with people like he has which would really help grow the channel.
Cheers for the latest update, Jim. What fascinates me is your knack / skill at spotting and developing cross-marketing opportunities between your businesses. That's real creativity.
Hi James, I recently had a lot of issues at university (caused by undiagnosed ADHD), but you have really inspired me to start up my own business(es). Keep up the great content.
Well there’s 610 videos to get going on and my podcasts are longer…. Https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/james-sinclairs-business-broadcast-podcast/id1495894637
Hi James, Fantastic content i've learnt so much from your videos, i was hoping we could get more detail on how to grow and how to develop a family business. Currently i'm developing my family business but i'm a bit lost on where to get information on how to grow and systems to implement for example CRM,Warehouse management etc. Would be great to hear from you.
Just another thought James... I wondered if you ever came across systems and processes in a business that you had bought and swiped those for deployment elsewhere in the group.
Sometimes, we have taken some ideas. But we’ve never adopted another system from someone else, that said we wouldn’t just change for changes sakes. If we discovered something better our egos wouldn’t get in the way of implementing something better.
James, will you be franchising out the Rossi brand after you've opened a number of corporate stores? Interesting insight into your businesses as always.
An idea..you got the kids and the moms emails..you got the ice cream and cake business.. why not a Wonka style tour of your ice creamand cake business ? extra income for nothing and bind them to your brand..send me some Rossi ice cream..
Hi James Congrats on your business.. Could you do a videos on the mistake made.. /why a business fails or not successful... I know you don't make. them ha. Ha. Love these videos . Thanks Paul 🇮🇪
Loving the content still James! 🙌🏼 - Would love to see the teddy business broken down to understand how you plan to scale 10X! The videos of your trips to India for production were great :)
It’ll be a mix of the following 1, marketing ( direct mail to people who would buy what we make ) 2, increase product range ( this is the main one ) 3, build up a B2C customer base, this is barely there at the moment.

Do you do your own printing by any chance? 🤣 If you like regulated businesses then you’d love mine. However, regulations bring big overheads and compliance issues. My PI insurance for example is absolutely massive even though in 15 years, we’ve never had a claim. Nor do we operate in a high risk area. Lots of regulated businesses are very badly run in my view.

Please can you make a recording/vlog/live of the event so people can pay online to receive a link to the recording/live
That’s already an option.
Great video James 😎

What kind of premises size/location would you be looking for a ROSSI CAFE and would you BUY or Rent
Always buy if possible, I like to control the overhead. It’s not always possible to do though!
I will keep my eyes peeled for a place for you how many M² do you require

Interesting to hear a business owner talking about regulation in a positive way.
