It's weird how my personal experience never seems to line up with these videos. I've lived in UK, Portugal, Spain and France. Portugal is much more expensive than Spain. France is not much more expensive than Spain but has lower tax and better value for money property. The difference between these countries is about 100€ per month between the most expensive and the cheapest. The things that make the difference is tax, healthcare and property prices, everything else is roughly the same.
with you and others advertising it, its not going to take long for the investors to go in and buy it all and hipe prices up ruinning life for local as in Portugka, spain, italy, etc
@@RovexHD it’s always been higher than expected even 5 or 6 years ago. The rest of your living expenses should be a bit cheaper than in Romania though.
Seems like the Baltics are better berth for Spring - Fall. Better to maintain another residence in Marbella or Florianopolis for the winters. Tallinn seems like a better all-around deal. More modern infrastructure and flat taxes (as opposed to Latvia and Lithuania having progressive rates). Then again, just stay shy of under the 180 days to avoid tax residency status.
A 1.5 percentage point win with 49.9% of the popular vote is hardly a ‘landslide’. 😉 We’ll have to see what Trump actually does once he’s in power to judge. So far the signs are of a mixed bag from Europe’s point of view.

Hmm.
I'd be surprised if france is only marginally more expensive than spain.
Fun fact about groceries, a Lidl in Austria is cheaper than Silpo in Ukraine
That would certainly be true for imported goods from the European Union which Silpo used to stock when I was there.
Interesting. I guess it depends on the quality and sort of products you’re buying.
@ I mostly buy organic (bio) products fruits and veggies etc

Well get in now before real estate prices go up in Latvia. 👍🏻
Don't worry that no one wants to live on the Ruzzian borders. And put up with those depressing winters
Connor clyne @ 5 foot 9 ❤
LOL I was 178cms (5ft10) the last time I measured myself.
What percentage is Moldova?
It's not in the EU so it wasn't on the map but I'd put it as marginally cheaper than Romania which was minus 46% below the EU average.
Accommodation in Chisinău is not as cheap as you might expect.

Haven’t been to Romania in years. I’ll have to visit sometime and see where prices are at.
@@RovexHDjust go to Tiraspol lol. Nicer and cheaper than Kishinev
Conor, How many shares of war stock do you have?
I don’t own any such stocks. You? 🤔
