No it doesn’t. I used Scotch tape so it’s not very strong. I tested it on a dollar first and it peeled right off.

I’m horrible with charging what my time is worth. That’s why my videos are normally gifts I’ve made for someone, or something I’m doing for a close friend!

Hello! Yes I’m still here 😊 I don’t know of any flower shop in my area that does it. I live in a small town however, so that may be something a flower shop will offer in a bigger city. I would call around and ask. If not, it’s very easy to do yourself. You can buy them prearranged in a vase and wrap them in money yourself. I’m sure your girlfriend will be happy with any gift you give her! Thanks for watching!

Sorry for the late response...no, it’s only taped on with Scotch tape which peels right off the money without ripping it.

then one day I finally decided, after thinking for days, marriage is a huge decision it involves thinking carefully even if I loved her, I needed time to know

No, you don’t have to cut them. I did just because I wanted the arrangement to look a certain way. If you’re happy with the way they’re arranged when you buy them, you can keep them as is and just wrap them with money.
